I love popping into Amy's Hallmark Shop when I am in San Antonio, TX. It is next door to places that I frequent in the Quarry shopping center. Super charming shop with many items to choose from...great gift shop. They have a plethora of greeting cards, candy, travel mugs, stuffed animals, glasses, etc. to name just a few. It is quite enjoyable to peruse the items they are featuring at the time. One of my main attractions are their sales racks - 90% off, 75% off and 50% off. I scored some 75% off gift bags with hearts on them and the word Love which I can use all year long. The store staff always greet you when you come in and point you to where you need to go. Very rude lady at cashier. Asked where something was and she kind of scoffed and said over there, pointing to her right. Looked and looked, walked back over the the check stand and asked again, saying excuse me. It was on the opposite wall to her left. No one was in line so I was not taking away from anyone else. read more

This is my go to hallmark store for sure! My favorite in San Antonio. The store is pretty big and offers a great selection of cards and other gifts. My favorite thing about this store is after Christmas the ornaments go on sale and they always have a great selection of ornaments that are half off. This cute little store definitely lives up to the Hallmark name! The ladies who work there are always so sweet and helpful and the store carries all kinds of cute gifts for all occasions. The store is super clean and organized, one could easily spend some time just looking at all of the fun gift ideas. I inquired about gift wrapping services which they do not offer but will make your chosen gift bag look pretty with tissue paper! Primo wraps! This place has all kinds of gift giving supplies. If you need a card, or a gift basket or whatever, they've got you covered. Their supply is deeper and of greater quality than most grocers, and have a bunch of little baggies to put things in. You can make anything look cutesy in this store! The place was hopping when I went, lots of soccer moms doting over Disney characters and plush bears. They have all kinds of things to wrap or bag any sized or shaped gift. This store is located in the Quarry Market, so there's lots of parking. The staff was nice. I was in a rush, and they opened another register when one got tied up with another customer going through a long return process with the clerk. read more

i will never order from here again. i used to love this store, but everything is too confusing and time-consuming now. all i wanted was to order an item and pick it up at one of their locations, and apparently you can do that, so why is it impossible to do? their website is very bad and it seems Trudy's Hallmark is completely different from Hallmark, which i think is a way to get more money out of people. i will say that the employees at this location are incredibly kind and helpful, but they are unaware of how bad phone and online customer service is. which isn't their fault at all, they just work at yet another company that does not do or offer what they should do or offer if they truly wanted to help their customers out. hours, literally hours, of my life have been wasted, and i will not make that mistake again read more

I've always been fond of this Hallmark location. My parents always taught me that giving a card isn't about the $4 piece of paper. Its about searching for the right card for the right person. So as it goes, Hallmark is a great place for adventuring! And I like adventuring! Of coarse they have cards. There is also an amazing selection of kids toys, women's accessories (jewelry, wine gifts, purses), hand crafted ornaments, gift bags, wrapping paper, books and even some sports stuff. They have a great selection of scrap books too. Sometimes I feel Hallmark is over priced, but typically you'll find what you're looking for. If that doesn't work out there's always Whole Foods and Whole Earth for good adventuring. read more

My husband and I were on the hunt for a few of our family Christmas ornaments and stopped in here to pick them up. This store was clean, organized, and had nearly every ornament we needed. We asked several of the associates questions regarding the selections they offer (from Harry Potter to Doctor Who) and they were able to point us in the direction with ease. The store has nifty photographs of each of the ornaments so you're able to easily find them on a shelf. The only thing about this place is it can get pretty pricy, so be aware before you come here for multiple objects! Even though paper cards are a dying form of communication, if you're going to do it, do it right with Hallmark. This Hallmark is a good size and stocks gifts, stationary, and even stuff for babies in addition to the standard cards and gift wrap. The staff is always really nice, and you can find some great things in their sale section. When you sign up for their rewards program, you get good coupons via email. For Mother's Day and Father's Day, they sent out $2.00 off three cards, which was perfect for two sets of parents and a birthday card for a friend. If you haven't been to Hallmark in a while, I recommend you stop in and check out all the variety of cards they carry from traditional to modern humor, from $1 to $7+. read more

I went to a local Amy's Hallmark in San Antonio (quarry market) today just to waste time and see if they had anything I "needed." Well I found 3 ornaments, Dopey, Kiss the Girl and Rock Candy Express. All slightly more expensive than the average ornament. I swear I was invisible. I stood in line on the dots they have on the floor. No one was ahead of me of 2 women were at the registers. A lady came in saying she needed to pick up her wish list, so one woman helped her. An elderly woman came and just walked to the register, that's fine she had a handful of cards, I was next to be waiting on. The woman who checked out the elderly lady said sir I can help you and waved at the man behind me. He said this woman has been waiting and she said oh I'll help you to him. This is the same place I had issues with during the premier where they lost my list and wouldn't let me shop even with my invitation and my KOC membership card. I literally said to them can you see me hello! I politely placed my items (I had picked up a few more things while waiting) on my dot on the ground and walked out. I easily had. $200 worth of stuff. I cannot believe this is the way a Hallmark store treats it's customers. I will never step foot in that store again. read more

Hallmark is one of my favorite stops for unique and personal touch gifts. Seems like they have the perfect gift for every occasion. My recent visit I noticed the store has been rearranged and I love it. It's so inviting and good energy as soon as I walked in it was noticeably on another level. This store has always been good but now it is noticeably just wonderful. Really no other way to describe. Also there is a older woman there who I'm convinced is an angel walking among us.
