The crowds, how unorganized most stores are, customer services is usually disappointing, and overall I just do not like it. However, I decided to give this store a chance and wow was I wrong! First of all, everything was organized to perfection and finding the correct size, and style of clothing I was looking for was super easy. Also, the changing rooms were so clean and I love that they have a bell you can ring in case you need help (what?!). Also, I interacted with at least four people and all of them were really nice and helpful. Overall, a great shopping experience and will definitely give them a chance again!

But after just a day of wear, they tore. We went out once more, and they completely popped. When I tried to return them with the receipt, they refused because they had been worn, and their only advice was to use super glue. I find that incredibly unfair considering the money I spent. These aren't even real Crocs, but the design was great. The customer service, however, was terrible, and they had no interest in making it right. I'm never coming here again.

Karolina's has you covered from the front door, to the kitchen, to your wardrobe, and yes, even the garden. They've got the obligatory stickers and t-shirts, of course, but they also have a large and unique selection of Hispanic-themed and inspired trinkets and dishware that are sure to save you the trip to Laredo or the RGV. The people who work here are really great, too. The prices seem fair for what it takes to produce and import these items, but you know I love a deal (and I don't think they take coupons here). Still, it's very much worthwhile to support a local business that's bringing this vibrant energy to our community.

I scored some 75% off gift bags with hearts on them and the word Love which I can use all year long. The store staff always greet you when you come in and point you to where you need to go.
