I used Carpet Pro years ago, and they were great, but I switched to the company my complex recommended because they were cheaper. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Last year I got a "reduced price" cleaning from that suggested company and they were not in my apartment 5 mins!!! The carpet was WET, but not clean!! I have been disappointed for a year. Fast forward to this past Thursday!!!!!! I switched back to Carpet Pro. The CARPET PRO Team came on time. They had a brand-new truck and WHEW... . my carpet looks and smells fabulous!!!!!!!! The tech even got in the corners and the edges of the carpet!!!! When the carpet dried fully, it was sooooo bright!! the fibers were so happy, they perked up!!!! I am amazed!! THANK YOU!!! They called me at 10:50 a.m. and said they would be at my house in 12 minutes...great. Then they called me at 11:08 and said they JUST NOW had to re-route the driver to another house and said they would be to my house for another 2 hours. Notice that they called me a full 6 minutes after they said they would already be here. That means the truck was either in my drive already or just down the street, turned him around and tells me I'm the one that has to wait another 2 hours After they called me the first time, @ 10:50, I called my soon to be ex-wife and told her I would pick up our son to go play as soon as they were done. Which she told him. My son is very young, has autism and emotional issues. To say breaking promises to a child like that is not recommended, it's an understatement. This company was about to have me break my promise to my son. Why would they do that when a simple phone call(s) would have sufficed? Did they get more money from this other job that was so important they had to call their truck away from my driveway? I had the owner, Mike Johnson, call me back. I told him my story and he did not sound the least bit concerned. All he did was ask what he can do to "make it go away". No apology, sounded like he just wanted to get me off the phone. He said he was busy b/c he had 12 trucks on the road. I turned him down and told him everything I'm writing here. I'm a very understanding person. Sometimes people make mistakes. If these guys would have called me at the last second and told me they would be a couple hours late I could have understood but what they did instead is just plain unethical and, quite frankly, pretty messed up. If they can do something like this, what else are they capable of? Not only did he lose my business from my new place, I still own a house w/ my soon to be ex-wife and he lost my business on that house too. Save your time. Maybe you have to pay a few dollars more, maybe you get the same price or lower but either way you'll probably get a company that is more ethical in their standards.

Recently a friend recommended Western Reserve Designer Fabrics to reupholster my current furniture in the fabric I loved so much. They did a great job, and having this fabric in my house is a dream come true. It takes about 8 weeks to get on their schedule, then another week or two for the work to be completed. It is pricey, but you get exactly what you wanted.

They picked and delivered both of the chairs. The only negative was it took a long time to get the fabric in (supply chain problems), but once it came in it only took a few weeks to get the chairs after that.
