oh do I have some words about working for this company! long story short don't ever work here they are the most disgusting excuse for a company! I've had several call center jobs and customer service jobs! but anyways I had been pregnant and on bed rest the entire time I was working with them even let them know in the interview that I cant drive up to the salt lake location no matter what so not only did they have me pick up stuff several times for the company they made me do it for absolutely no reason while I had doctor notes proving that I was on bed rest and an IV for 3 months! that's not even the best part so not only did th y go against doctors orders several times but also my computer broke about a week and halog before I was supposed to take maternity leave which by the way I was only taking a week for maternity leave! I was in contact with my bosses manager and my boss about getting a new computer system shipped to me because it was completely broken wouldn't turn on anymore! and sent them proof of what was going on kept calling IT about it and they said that they are shipping me a new computer and then the day before they fired me kicked me off teams so I no longer was able to contact my boss about what was going on and then i got a text from Spherion saying oh yea by the way your fired for your "performance and not being professional making up all these reasons as to why they fired me I have proof of all the text messages and conversations! and not once was I coached about any of my calls or told that I need to work on anything on my callbs not once was I told I wasn't being professional and not once was I told about this so called separate attendance line I was supposed to call when I missed which is funny cuz not even my manager told me I needed to call in or my bosses boss when I had the computer situation and it wasn't till after I got fired they told me about all of this which I had been working there for 5 months and never knew about this and then tried to place the blame on me when I called them out for it and said how unfair it was and not to mention I tried to apply for unemployment after so I could have some money coming in to buy my brand new baby what he needs and I was denied because they told me that spherion had told them I quit even though I have the texts proving I did not and was fired for all these so called reasons! and just to add on to this I asked for a new manager since like the beginning of working there because she would take days or weeks to respond to something I needed info about that day and then it got to the point where she would tel me not to message her on her days off so I ended up reaching out to her boss telling him about what had been going on and sending him screenshots of proof and he's the one that was saying he will get me a new computer and a new manager! and then I just got a huge slap in the face!! I've never worked for such a shady place in my life I don't even know how they are still in business to be honest! and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because of how dirty they did me since the very beginning! if I can help anyone to not ever work for this company I will I hope this raises attention for anyone thinking about working for them or is working for them! everything they did was against the law and I could potentially sue them and have all the proof to do it!! I've never really bothered to leave comments about a company before but this is the first time I'm doing this. This company is the most unprofessional and RACIST DISCRIMINATING company ever!!!!! The people here @ Taylorsville office NEVER follows up on what they say and will Judge you based on your last name. Every time I call they are arguing or the person that you need to talk to will tell the front desk person what to say instead of coming on the phone. Oh and if a family member quit, even if say you don't talk to that family member, they will hold you responsible all because you have the same Last name. Spherion need to clean house and get people that knows what their doing in there. 00000 stars. read more

BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. So, lets begin this sordid with a simple fact. I needed work, and I needed work fast. I get contacted by a lady, and never see or hear from her again, until I call later, asking where half my paycheck is, but that's the end of the story. I finally get a "Interview", 2 weeks later by a woman who knows nothing about me, calls me the wrong name, and word for word said "You're too ugly for front desk work". Whatever, it's not what I wanted in the first place. I get this job from a Checking company, and they proceed to skill assessment. They have a mock customer service test, but guess what, It's for sales instead! Also, it literally did not work. They then show me a training video on factory floor safety. I'm wondering what the fuck is going on at this point, but I needed money, so whatever. After all this, they "hire me on" and quickly send me away. From there, I heard nothing from them until the day before my job started, and only then because I was emailing them for weeks. The job starts, it's perfectly fine. But guess what! When it comes to Payday, They only give me half my check, stating, "Well, you only worked that one week". No, what? I took screenshots of every single clock in and clock out, and when I mention this information, they hang up. I get a call back, 20 minutes later. "It seems we got disconnect" "Uh, no? you hung up?" "I'm sorry, what! (repeated ad infinitum)" she then hangs up again. This girl was my "Manager". I have never met her, and have never in my life talked to her before today. TLDR; Lack of consistency, Lack of focus, Lack of communication, And Theft, all piled up into a withering mass of disgusting inadequacy. If this is how "top of the line" temp agencies act, then god help the ones who go to the bad temps. read more
