This is the most rip off place and confused staff I have ever seen.... I called to ask for a quote per pound for dropping of laundry and the lady tells me $2 per pound and when I come to pay they charged me $2.50 per pound. I nicely told the lady I was quoted $2 but she was refusing and insisted it was supposed to be $3 per pound... anyways as I go home I come to find several of my items missing, shorts, shirts and socks... I call the lady back and she claims nothings missing when in fact those items are missing.. the lady I'm the front who smokes and and is on her phone seems to be impaired and possibly high on something.... Im utterly disgusted and upset with this sort of business that they have employees who get high and lose customers stuff and over charge... this place is a rotten scam DO NOT COME read more

Wish I could give this place negative stars! They supposedly had a leak which destroyed my husband 70$ dress shirt they told me they filed the claim with their insurance. I went in over 30 times to get refunded for the shirt. They kept telling me they had not gotten the insurance money yet. I gave up for about 4 months then tried again, then they said well they tried to contact us ( which they never did!) and since its been so long were out of luck. They wont do anything! Ive never seen the shirt. Maye they lost it. At first i would have even taken credit for the store to have more shirts done i get things happen. At this point I want our 70+tax for the shirt! NEVER GO HERE! The inside is dirty. How can they clean clothes and have a dirty falling down location! HORRIBLE. I have tried speaking to the owner. They refuse to talk with us!! No complaints here! My clothes were done on time and looked great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Whatever you do do not leave anything in your clothes such as money, or other articles. They WILL steal it. I love two pocket squares. One I put in after I lost a rather nice one. And I took photos and a video to prove that I put the pocket square in a pair of my trousers I was getting cleaned. They never returned the pocket square. read more

Avoid coin laundry at all costs. No change machine, no detergent soap machine, no staff on Sunday and worst of all no ventilation (100 degrees + today). Anywhere else you'll be better off. read more

It's a good thing they have pick up and delivery because if you walked into this place you would be amazed on how filthy it is. They clearly are pocketing the money and not putting anything into the fallen down ceiling or even buying a vacuum or fixing the tiled floor. I would be totally ashamed if this was my buisness. Poor customer relations and likes to put the blame on the customers for missing or damaged clothing. Will never step foot in this place again or have my clothing laundered there. read more

Disclaimer: I usually have no troubles with them (which is why I am giving two instead of one star)--until this week. I dropped off a complete tuxedo (shirt & tie, tails, coat, pants) and an overcoat to be picked up on a Tuesday. When I picked them up and took them home, I realized a few days later when I finally checked on the garments that my shirt was missing. I ran down to pick up the shirt and the woman tried charging me despite my already paying. When I showed her the receipt which read (4 piece tux and overcoat) she tried saying that the bow tie counted as a piece. I refused to pay for their mistake of not including my shirt with everything else, and she tried to make it seem like she was doing me a favor by not charging me although it was I who refused and it was her (or one of her workers) who was at fault. What's more, the cufflinks, which I am almost certain I left in the shirt when I dropped it off were not there. I found the studs, but not the cufflinks, in an envelope with the rest of my tux.
