Jeff arrived promptly at noon with an assistant and wasted no time in setting up his equipment. He went into some of the rooms and pre-treated where the carpet was most dirty. I had emptied the rooms of furniture to make it easier for him. Why did I do that? Because that's what I do. In less than an hour he came up to me and asked me to check out each room that he had done. At each room, I was actually amazed at how great the carpet looked and even things like "clean"shadows under throw rugs on top of rugs disappeared into clean carpet. Shayla was very responsive each time I reached out and was able to schedule each cleaning within a couple of days of me reaching out. She was diligent in checking in during and after each cleaning, even sending me photos of the job during my first cleaning when I was not local yet. A few days after I moved in, I needed someone to clean out debris from my two fireplaces due to a chimney-removal job. Shayla was able to send Martina right over -- though we had a small snafu with the type of vacuum that Martina had on hand -- the dust from the brick was so fine that the standard vacuum didn't have the proper filter to keep the dust from flying all over the first floor. But Martina was great and adjusted her methods with the second fireplace in our second floor. A few days after that, I had to call them AGAIN because I had spilled paint on my carpet. Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping Truly Fresh on speed dial for all my future special cleanings!

Accidents happen and they might not have noticed the damage they caused to my yard. So I called their number and left a message explaining what happened and asked them to call back so we could discuss it. No call back. I called two more times and finally got who I think was the secretary. As I explained the situation nicely she began to act if I was trying to extort money from them. I politely explained that I wasn't necessarily asking for money to repair it myself. I said if they wanted to come out and fix the damage they caused themselves that I would be fine with that. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was "busy". I asked if I could send pictures I took of the damage to the company email. I was told they didn't have one! I then asked if I could send it to someone's email there and was told I couldn't. Finally she said someone would come out and look at the damage the following week. They didn't. Clearly they didn't want it even consider the possibility that they could have caused damage to my property OR they didn't care. This is not acceptable to me and that if I owned a business, damaged my paying customers property I would fix it immediately. It's called integrity and good business and clearly Fristicks's isn't interested in conducting business that way. Needless to say we'll never be using their services again and I will tell everyone I know not patronize their company because clearly if they damage your property, they will not make it right.
