I had fun looking around at all the different items - they specialize in natural and organic products and have something for everyone, whether you're vegan, gluten free, keto, etc. They stock lots of supplements, vitamins, health and beauty products, produce, snacks, even beer and wine. I was asked if I needed help finding anything, but at that point I was still just browsing. I did eventually need to ask for help finding the psyllium husk, and the employee led me right to the section I needed (of course I had walked right by it at least twice). The snack aisle of any grocery store is my favorite, so I had to check it out. I didn't end up buying anything there, but I did find a flavor of sparkling water that I'd been looking for - and it was on sale! The aisles are still a little tight, but it wasn't too crowded when I was there. I really love this locally owned store and always enjoy my visits!

Harvest Health can be a little pricey, but their service makes up for it. I can always find items you cannot find at "big box" stores.

My colleagues and I just happened to walk by it as a happy accident and went in on 2/4/2024. The woman working there was just delightful. Eager to show us everything and had answers to all of our questions. None of us left empty-handed. They have oils and balsamics to taste test and again, just wow! The sauce was very mild in peanut flavor and had a nice creamy finish to it. The meat and veggie mix added some nice variety with textures but didn't have too much flavor. The bun itself was absolutely perfect; fluffy, bouncy, and delicious. The tart was beautiful but didn't have very much Ube flavor, it just tasted like a standard sugar tart. The items were a bit pricey ($5 for the tart, $9 for the bao) and just because of that I don't think I'd get them again. I'm glad I did try them as I haven't experienced any Filipino cuisine before.
