I just got back from this car wash and still have a dirty car with now a broken license plate holder. I paid $27. It included tire shine Rain-X buff and shine ECT. My car is still dirty inside and out. No shiny tires. To top it off the mechanical Car Wash broke my front license plate holder off and bent the plate. I know this for sure because I just got my car back from car dealer and I examined my car all around when I picked the car up. I just tried to call this business to complain and no one is picking up the phone. It's probably because the owner is running all over the place pumping gas and running the car wash. . It was like a three-ring circus that I will never attend again. I need to go have my car redone and fix my license plate. read more

Great place.... I go there at least once a week and my truck always comes out sparkling. Quick and easy, they do a great job.

You'd be better off driving fast over a road puddle. For 22 bucks I had to turn around and go through a second time. I think they recycle dirty water through the pumps. The attendant advised me to do a detail job for a lot more bucks to get encrusted pigeon crap spots removed. I am never going back to this car wash. Besides some mechanical issues that left the top of my car unwashed, they let me purchase a full service wash for $32, go through the wash and then tell me at the end that they stop full service at 5pm. I asked for a refund for the interior cleaning, i was told no one was inside. They said they will clean the interior, but it will be a while, as the 2 guys working the car wash also work the gas pumps. I was told there was a sign saying they stop full service at 5pm, but I didnt see it. He couldnt explain why he could look at my receipt before I entered the car wash to set up the types of wash I was getting, but somehow didn't notice it was full service until after i came out the other side? The new Spiffy damages my from license plate. I was told the new equipment needs to be adjusted, but it has happened several times. I purchase a license plate frame and it just broke the frame. They do an ok job on the cars, but management keeps changing and So do their arbitrary, unwritten policies. They encourage you to Sign up for their email, coupons- but then don't honor them. Once I was told they had to be printed and I couldnt show them the coupon on My phone- which would be ok if the coupon said that. Then they told me they would honor a coupon bc I had already gotten their gas/wash deal. Again, not Written anywhere on the coupon or at their facility. This is my favorite carwash; a gem in Jericho Turnpike. I love the express pay stations and the fact that I can stay in my car with my kids. The monthly unlimited deals are a great option and I can add on extra services whenever I need them. What a horrible experience. Apparently these people don't like making money. The guys taking care of the patrons are fantastic but management (the owner's old crotchety mother) is horrendous and shouldn't be anywhere near customers. Buyer beware!!! Signs for gas discounts do not reflect reality. Yes, cash and credit are different prices - that is common among all gas stations and not my quarrel. The gas/car wash discounts listed are dependent on how you pay for your gas, however, not one single sign says that ANYWHERE. According to the owner's nasty old mother, "they don't have room to put signs that reflect the discount!" I was told repeatedly, "no one has ever complained about this before, and that I should be happy I am getting any discount at all." I was also asked not to come back as a result of my acknowledgement that these people are running a fraudulent promotion. Hey owner, why don't you grow up and run your own business. I came here with my Jeep that was no longer a Jeep, but a Jeep with sand covering the entire interior of my car. I take my car on the outer beach with a side of procrastination. All in all, my Jeep was a sand monster. The guys were so dedicated, using the vacuum and detailed like 75,000 times. The wash was alright.. Still was a little dirty in the front but the actual physical labor was great by the guys. Also the car fresheners are really over priced. I will definitely be back for the "grand slam" clean because I came an hour before closing and the guy said they didn't have enough time. read more

This place used to be great. Great wash at a good price. Was there this morning for the first time in about a year. Awful. The actual environment is nice, sit outside on the patio while they finish your car, but the product they're selling, sucks. Got an interior/exterior with wheels. All three of those were still dirty when I got back in the car. Exterior had missed spots, interior the same and it looked like they didn't even touch the wheels. Had to ask the guy to go over them again and he still didn't get it right. I know this place has changed hands a bunch of times but this last one really seems to have taken a toll on it. This facility converted to an automated system. The selection screen showed a special (under exterior ) car wash for $17.00. I asked one of the employees if the $17.00 special included a vacum? He waved nodded yes and I later learned he spoke no English. I paid $17.00 for a mediocre car wash and they would not even dry off. Todd, the owner had a completely condescending attitude and did nothing to try to resolve the situation. I will never go to this place again. read more

I used to go here all the time for my car wash, before it was changed to Spiffy. I went recently and bought the package with the interior clean (Vacuum, cleaning of dashboard, etc..) and the exterior clean. When I got inside my car, I still saw sand on the sides of the mats, the windows were still dirty and my dashboard was not even touched. For the price I paid I expected much better service and a better job. I will not be returning here. read more

The outside car wash is good but the interior I could do a better job myself. I was livid to realize that they washed my weather tech mats and put them back in my car wet. That can easily create mildew in the rugs. The interior didn't look clean and there was splotches on my screen. read more

The machine broke the molding off my roof rack. The owner promised to replace the part but every time I returned Todd was never available and the employees knew nothing. Also the attendant removed my antenna and handed it to me. When I got home I noticed he had removed it with pliers and scratched off the paint. read more

Just left this car wash. It's gotta be the worst car wash in the area. Sat and waited 15 mins for someone to dry and vacuum the car. I was the only car waiting. There were only 3 guys working. By this time the car was dry the guy blew out the car, didn't even vacuum it. Just wiped whatever runs were left from it sitting so long. Then cleaned the windows with a filthy rag. My car is black. It's Covered in water spots and the interior is still dirty.. what a waste of money. Never again.. 5 star, Commack and personal touch are a lot better. Don't waste your money. I had a gift card to this place that I was at least intending to use but apparently if you get a wash and get gas, your gift card is no longer valid. I've been a customer for a long time, and today was my last visit. Paid for "Hat Trick" with triple foam wax. Waited on line 15 minutes, only to learn their machine broke down. The attendant told everyone on line to come back in a half hour. I went back 90 minutes later and waited on line again. MY car goes through - no wax! This is not the first time this has happened, but tired of being ripped off, today I brought it to the attention of the attendant, who suggested I go through again, and cut the line. Ended up waiting on line again (wasn't too long). Before my car went through, the machine broke down (chain jumped off track?). After a 15 minute wait, the car goes through again, and gets the wax I paid for. While finishing the interior of my car, the guy leaves my car to attend to a customer from yesterday who had an issue with her car wash! Waited another ten minutes for the car wash guy to finish with yesterday's customer, to go back and finish my car!!! A car wash shouldn't take an hour to complete start to finish. Quality of service has been on decline, but today was it for me. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

This is the third chance I gave this car wash. Now the only reason I go is because of the gas discount you get with the purchase of a car wash. I have paid with a debit card the other 2 times and asked for cash back to tip the guys outside. Both times I was greated by the incredibly rude and clearly miserable middle eastern or Indian girl (not being racist but didn't ask her) so this time I go can I have $5 cash back and she said we don't do that. I informed her last time you told me you do but only $5. She says we have an ATM if you want cash. I answered why would I pay $2.50 to take out money when you can just give me cash back? She had no answer. So in turn the two gentlemen who I'm watching do actual work and clearly work for tips aren't getting any cash because either SHE decided to change the policy or the owners did.
