Time after time, my friends at Spike's amaze me by creating the most perfect and wonderful awards. Sometimes, on very short notice. Last week, we wanted to recognize a team who had worked on what we were calling a "bricks and mortar project". Spikes purchased paving bricks for us and added a wonderful personalized plaque to each one. The team was so thrilled with the one of a kind awards. If you're looking for trophies, this is the place to go! My experience from the get go with Chris was so professional, and awesome. I live in Boston, and was attending an event in Philadelphia. I called Spikes, spoke with Chris, explained what I needed, and bam, he was right on corresponding, via email, with photos attached of what my trophy can look like. I picked out the style, wording, etc. And I might add, that he was very helpful with the above. My trophy was done in a very timely manner, less than a week, went into the JKF store, to pick it up, and it was FABULOUS I want to personally say thank you to Chris, and his team, for a job well done. The trophy was a surprise, for a former employer, and not only was she surprised, but the entire staff was in tears of joy. Staff was rude, uneducated and has no upbringing. I was in a rush to buy a trophy, found an unsatisfying collection here, and decided to look elsewhere. They eavesdropped my conversation with another shop, asked me to get out if I were to talk to their competitors, and called me rude. Apparently these two men are some little princesses live in their own world with a different set of moral standards. read more

I ordered a trophy from Spike's a few weeks ago. Ordering it was a bit more difficult than it should've been, but that was because we had some trouble finding the account they had with my employer. Trophy came on time and looked great, very satisfied with it. Decided to splurge on a trophy for another event and asked if they could fix up an old broken trophy I had. Sean responded right away and said sure bring it in, should only cost about $35. When I came in Ed was the guy who ended up actually working with me on my trophy. I can't tell you how rude he was. He told me he couldn't do it for less than $50 and then called me multiple times during the week to ask me questions about the order when I had watched him WRITE DOWN exactly what I wanted. The trophy ended up getting to me BARELY on time and unengraved AND without certificates that I ordered. Charged for things I didn't even get. Called to complain and all Ed had to say was that he didn't remember discussing those things with me. Acted like I was born yesterday! Getting nowhere with Ed, I followed up with Sean and he called me back right away and apologized and immediately took steps to rectify the mishap. Spikes has good trophies but if Ed is the guy handling your account ask for a different customer service rep! Thank you SEAN! read more
