We did experience some frustrating communication issues with the manager after the installation regarding our thermostat replacement, as the wrong thermostat had initially been installed. However, the owner personally came to our home, installed the correct thermostat, sincerely apologized for the miscommunication, and assured us he would address the issues that led to it. That level of accountability meant a lot to us. The installation itself has been excellent, our new system is working great, and they were by far the most affordable company we received quotes from. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company responds when they do. In our case, the owner stood behind his work, made things right, and earned our trust.
