My fiancé and I signed a contract with The Garden Ballroom, 353 3rd St NW, Winter Haven, FL…read more(operated by Once Upon A Dream Events by Lorraine, LLC) in January 2025 for our wedding reception to be held in February 2026. Recently, Lorraine informed us that she had lost the lease to the contracted venue due to issues with other building tenants. At first, she suggested an alternative location, which we agreed to. Weeks later, she would not confirm the arrangements at that location and then attempted to force us to hold our reception at another venue in a different city, several miles farther away from the original location, without our approval. We rightfully declined and requested a refund of our deposit. She refused, claiming in email, it is within her rights to move or transfer the venue to any place legally based on her DBA. After consulting an attorney, we have been advised she is in breach of contract, as the original location was a material and central part of the contract. She should not be able to move the location without consent from her clients - namely us. In our opinion, this business practice is unethical, unprofessional, and deeply unfair to anyone who trusts her with their special events. We caution anyone considering this company to think twice and protect yourself by consulting an attorney before signing anything to avoid being faced with a similar situation. We are sharing our experience so that others are fully informed before making such an important decision. We all deserve better than to be strung along, displaced, and denied refunds when a vendor cannot deliver the contracted service.

The package we chose came with 2 photographers and 2 videographers. To say that they have the knack and capability to catch even the smallest details is an understatement. They are absolutely incredible. It sounds cliche, but they were able to capture the love between my wife and I, and the quality was production value. On top of this, our wedding ceremony was a traditional Orthodox ceremony and they photographed and filmed as if they have been to 1,000 Orthodox weddings with how they captured the critical pieces of the ceremony. Sure, it is one thing to be good at your job. However, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND with how incredibly kind, and friendly, the entire team is. On the day of the wedding, they felt a part of the wedding party, not like vendors. I know this is long, but I just cannot recommend them enough. If you DON'T decide to go with A Stewart, you are choosing the wrong photographers for your wedding. She was extremely organized and covered details that I didn't even think of. I went into my wedding fully confident that Lisa would not miss a thing. Lisa is also just an incredible person. She's kind and hard-working. Not only do I consider her to be an amazing coordinator, but I now consider her my friend. It's rare to find someone as good-hearted as Lisa. We decided to contact Rhino Cubes Media for my daughter's Sweet 16 event because we loved the DJ's music, his vibe! It was everything! We booked with Rhino Cubes, we chose our package. We paid everything in full and communicated through text messages, calls and emails. At the end, we decided for some add ons which I will be honest.. if I would've known, i would've saved myself trouble with the venue (Crystal Ballroom Clearwater, Check out their review also) and not chosen it. Yes, Mr. Hernandez, owner of Rhino Cubes media did everything possible to accommodate and make us happy. The full effect of Dancing on the cloud wasn't how we wanted and expected but that was an issue with the venue. We also didn't get to use the Photo Booth since there was issues with the venue and their electrical box, the photo booth was paid, not used and shut down EARLY in the party. (I did lose that money. As client, the venue did not respond to it, nor has respond to the review either) I did contact Mr. Hernandez by email (a month later) apologizing because I felt bad even though it was the venue.
