When rectifying this i was informed that they could only give me 70 percent of the value of what I had paid for it a year ago. they assumed that I would be happy with this even though I pointed out that I could not purchase a replacement for 70 percent of the value. district manager was professional but unapologetic about the inconvenience. Very unprofessional quality of service. I will not go back and I will not recommend it to anybody else. I will also make many reviews so people in our small town community know the level of risk with the possessions.

Just Like Home was easy to find, the facility was clean (as was the restroom), there were more than sufficient operational washers and dryers, and the price was reasonable. There are also more than enough baskets and folding tables. While you are waiting, there are two round tables and other chairs. There was a television and free WiFi offered (but did not use). You can also drop your laundry off to be done for you. The owner was on-site and was very welcoming and friendly. She knew we weren't regulars and engaged us in conversation. We appreciated a clean, well lit facility; it made doing the laundry a pleasant experience!
