I been seeing Dr Singh for my lower back issue but he also adjusted neck which I wasn't always comfortable doing it but went ahead with it. Back in August it seems he did a new way of adjustment on my neck. I was lying face down and he adjusted the base of my neck and then did a quick twist. I went home and for a week it was stiff and I couldn't turn my head without a sharp pain. I figured maybe it will go away and waited a month but had neck issues by then. I called him and left him a message that something is not right with my neck and I feel there is a block and that it should be x-rayed. His secretary called the next day and I went in. I explained to him what is going on. So he did another adjustment but now it's been a week and I have pain from the base of neck to the upper left back and if I'm lying down and move a little I get a sharp pain. Haven't been able to sleep much because of this. I been up since 5am and definitely not happy. I feel he rushes through because he is dealing with 3 or 4 patients at the same time and doesn't take the time to pin point the actual cause of the issue. He and his staff have been absolutely wonderful, often going out of their way to get me scheduled when I happen to be in the area. I am so glad I found Dr.Singh. Although his office was 18 miles to my house, it was well worthed to drive to him. I received total of 20 sessions of spinal decompression. DRX 9000 machine was magical for my low back pain which I had since March 2020. Dr. Singh was one of the handful chiropractors in DMV who has this very advanced machine. OMG!! I cannot even begin to say how impressed I was by Dr Singh and his staff. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. The stress from my job, wearing heels, and traveling had my back all kinds of messed up. So I was due for an alignment. I did my research on yelp before purchasing a chiropractor deal from Groupon. He had the best Yelp Reviews and now I see why. He knew right away where my problem was. Not only did I do an alignment, but he had a couple of machines that assisted with stretching and muscle stimulaters. You can't beat the deal, you get what you pay for and more! I was treated by Dr. Singh in 2016 for nighttime tingling in my arms. I thought "diabetic nerve pain". But, Dr. Singh identified the problem and cured me in two weeks. I was recommended to Dr. Singh by a fellow golfer when I had a pinched nerve. After a couple of sessions I was back on the course and feeling great. He does not pressure you into more visits that you do not need and does an excellent job. I only wish he was open weekends, but more than makes up for it by being open until 7:00PM on weekdays and I can usually get same day adjustments. I could provide a litany of personal examples as to why Dr. Singh and the Spine Center are superlative, but I'll simply summarize. I was 41 when I sought chiropractic care for the first time in my life at the recommendation of two trusted friends and Spine Center patients. I was having dull but chronic neck and back pain (thank you, years of sports and a desk job) and I was tired of it. I wanted to try a conservative, non-medicated approach first. In a nutshell, within a week of adjustments from Dr. Singh I quite literally felt better than I ever felt possible. Further, against stereotypes, Dr. Singh was not interested in milking me for money. He helped me set up a very reasonable yet effective maintenance schedule (e.g., once a month adjustments). Additionally, about a year after my first visit I threw out my back (my own dumb fault) - the most intense and uninterrupted back pain I've ever had. 48 hours after the injury I was in the Spine Center and I walked out feeling 70% better (absolutely no exaggeration). Within two months of reasonable visits, I was fully recovered. No drugs, and I'm not one averse to taking them if there's a need. They just weren't needed, to my surprise. Dr. Sing clearly explains what he's doing and has used imaging (e.g., xrays) to show me clearly the "what and why" of my back, and has always been able to fit in my appointment within a day of requesting - often same-day. His small front office staff is friendly, accommodating, and ever so helpful. Frankly, I love my chiro visits. Far and away the most thorough chiropractor I have visited as well as the most successful treating various issues, including some I did not realize were resolvable through chiropractic care. I've gone for lower back pain, a herniated and partially torn disc, and a shoulder socket that was out of place. His process works and he gives excellent advice on preventing recurrences. Very disappointed in this chiropractor. Brought a Groupon as a Christmas gift for my daughter and the practice will NOT HONOR THE GROUPON. My daughter has seen the doctor in the past but has not seen Dr. Singh in at least a year. According to the fine print of the Groupon if you have not seen the doctor in 6 months then you could utilize the Groupon as a gift. Whatever happened to the fine print being a binding contract? You don't penalize your patients if you have an issue with Groupon. Very sad that businesses think it's ok to screw their clients. read more

I have been coming to Dr. Singh and the Center for about 8 years. I saw two other chiropractors briefly before coming to Dr. Singh. I started going for general wellness, but when I do have an issue, Dr. Singh helps me address those issues too. For example, I feel down the stairs and injured my shoulder -- Dr. Singh treated me with adjustments, mechanical and electronic stimulation. In addition, he recommended targeted exercises and the pain went away within a couple of months -- without medication. Dr. Singh takes several types of insurance and his office processes the paperwork. I pay a co-pay. I have also used the massage therapist that works within his practice and since it is recommended by him to support my back, I have been able to get reimbursed from my flexible spending account. I have been coming to Spine Center and seeing Dr. Singh since February for back pain relief due to my scoliosis, and knew I had found the best care. Dr. Singh truly cares about his clients and getting his clients better is his top priority. Staff is also outstanding in every sense of the word. I was suffering from tendinitis problem in my right hand and was not able to move my right hand to the full capacity. I had gone to see Dr. Singh at the recommendation of my chiropractor, as Dr. Singh has "a machine" that could decompress my herniated discs and help restore them. I had intense pain from my lower back all the way to my toes. Three epidural nerve blocks did little to help. After an initial evaluation, Dr. Singh assured me he could fix my back with his DRX9000. However, after 20 visits and no improvement, I became discouraged. Dr. Singh was committed to fixing my back. He told me that he has a 100% success rate and that I was not going to ruin his perfect record. I continued treatment five days a week and soon, I realized that my pain was less and that I was indeed, healing! It was around the 37th treatment that my back was truly fixed! I only go once a month now, and I still practice everything Dr. Singh taught me about proper posture, beneficial exercises, and how to move without hurting my back.
