I literally thought I was going to walk in and get the basic adjustment, but he really took it to the next level with his techniques and knowledge on pain. I trust they won't hurt me - typically go when my back pain is bad. If you go to the wrong person it could aggravate nerve pain more but I've never had that issue here. She is careful to relieve but also changes what she does based on how I feel. Once I went in for a deep tissue, but talking with me about how my body felt she said it could cause more discomfort post massage so she changed it to more of a facia massage. It didn't "feel" like what I wanted but I definitely felt relief and like I needed to sleep afterwards. I wish I could afford to go back every week. You won't regret it.

Also, having a man walk in she has never met with a mask on, needles and vials on a try, never introduce himself to me or my child, wearing a mask, and just basically saying sit on the table and hold her down like this.....ummm...my 5 year old literally dove behind the chair sobbing and begging to not get shots (she has never acted like that either). I am kicking myself for acquiescing to that bullshit. I can't believe I just moved the chair and dragged her out and did it. I realize at some point you may have to hold down your child to get shots but if you have pediatrics in your name, please understand a child is small but still a human to interact with not simply be dealt with. Ok, fine, they gave me an order to complete labs. Meanwhile, I am getting calls about my husband's appointments and repeat messages stating the initial appointment is cancelled. I completed the recommended blood work. The day of the appointment, I took off work, drove 1 hour to the appointment, and was told I did not have any appointments scheduled. The appointment had been cancelled, and I was never notified AND they never received the labs. I verified with labcorp that the lab results were sent to the clinic. The office staff was very rude, did not apologize nor try to make up for the appointment cancellation. In relation to my husband's appointments, we are newly married and he has not added me to his file, so sending me messages and notes about his appointment is a HIPPA violation. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!
