It's been a while since I've left a review, but I will tell you that if anyone asks me who to go to…read morethis is exactly who I always suggest. This is one of the most respectful, knowledgeable, and intuitive doctors I have ever had the privilege of being seen by. I moved to Boulder several years ago and if he wasn't so far away, I would keep going there. I've only met one other doctor in the entire state of Colorado that has his incredible sense and instinct in bedside manner. He's a once in a lifetime physician, especially if you're struggling with things that nobody else can seem to diagnose or treat. For all of these people on here they gave him a one star review for whoever ever answered his phone, SHAME ON YOU! There are very sick patients out there that need this man and just because your feelings got hurt because someone didn't bow down to you when you made a telephone call is absolutely zero reason to give a one star review! Apparently that's the thing to do on our society these days. I will continue to give him five star reviews once a month until his rating goes back up to where it deserves to be. You literally will not find a better physician in Colorado!

He never called back and then I got a bill for $350. Still fighting it. They all lie when you call back too. "oh we called you back yesterday". no, no you didn't. A couple of days prior to my scheduled procedure, while going over the prep documents they sent me,…read morea had a question come up. This was 7-13-26. So, I called their main number, and was given the option (via phone maze) to "speak with a member of my medical team". I selected that option, and was placed on hold. After 11 minutes on hold, I called back and selected the option to speak to a receptionist. You guessed it -- back on hold. 18 minutes later (I look at my phone to get the actual times), someone answered. I told her what I needed, and she said, "Let me transfer you to your medical team". Yep -- back on hold. This process repeated twice, and after a cumulative time spent on the phone of one hour and seven minutes, attempting to get an answer to a very simple question. I gave up. I got in my car and I drove 32 minutes to their office. I went inside and went to the receptionist's desk. There was only one person behind the desk, and she was on a cell phone. She was speaking very softly, and turned her head away from me so that (I assume) I could not hear her conversation. I understand HIPAA rules, so it is possible that she simply didn't want me to hear a conversation with a patient, so I'll leave that as a possibility. However, after standing there (staring at her) for several minutes, I heard her say, "I'm gonna have to call you back". She hung up the phone, and very curtly said to me, "YES ?!?". She didn't, "Can I help you", or "What can I do for you", it was more like "What the hell do YOU want - you just interrupted my call?!?". I gave her my name and DOB, and told her I wanted to cancel my appointment. She asked me why, and I told her because I had no confidence in a practice that can't even manage their office. Her answer was, "OK", and she her cell phone back up and turned away from me. OMG -- what a nightmare this place is. If they can't even run their front office, how the hell can I trust them with a medical procedure ?!? Medical care is a relationship founded on trust, and I do not trust them to provide adequate care, if this is the way they conduct business.

When GREEDY NONSENSE wins over common sense ---…read more I arrived for my procedure, checked in, and was immediately told I had to pay $1,700 upfront. I explained that I had several recent medical visits (urgent care, ER, MRI, and two spinal injections) that all still needed to be processed by insurance, and I preferred to wait until everything cleared so I'd know the actual amount I owed. The front desk told me I couldn't be seen unless I paid at least half. I repeated that I didn't want to pay an arbitrary amount and then have to fight for a refund that could take weeks. I simply wanted them to bill my insurance and charge me the correct amount afterward -- the way every other facility has done. They refused, so I left. A few minutes later, the same staff member called to say she had "rerun" my insurance and now it showed I only owed around $350, so suddenly that amount was acceptable. Which just proved my point -- it clearly fluctuates. What if they ran it again tomorrow and it showed I owed $0? I had fasted for two days, taken a PTO day, spent money on supplies for the prep, and sacrificed time with my son for absolutely nothing because they insisted on collecting an inaccurate estimate up front. This was incredibly unprofessional and showed zero regard for patients' time, money, or basic dignity. I will be taking my care elsewhere. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!!
