I get the feeling this is a labor of love, as the woman who owns it is a theatrical costume designer. She said they bought out the stock from Theatrical Costume Company downtown (which I believe had bought out the stock from the old Teener's Theatricals, if anyone remembers that place) when they went out of business during the pandemic. If you are looking for a costume, check here first. They have an amazing selection and very knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back often.

After 2648395 rounds of internet searches & follow-up phone calls looking for one highly specific Ben Nye product, I found Norcostco -- and they're RIGHT HERE! An independent, local business that has All The Things! (I mean, they're not exactly "right here" for us -- I have to drive across the whole #%&! metro to get there -- but it's *so* worth the trip. Today is the 26th. I explained it was not open and within their return policy. The clerk told me no and also had a manager tell me no. Now the dollar amount was no big deal, but the story gets better. I asked for their corporate number and was given a customer service number instead. They said the don't give out the corporate number. When I called and finally got ahold of someone I told them my complaint,but then the person told me they were with UPS not PartyCity. Having returned home, I called the store again. This time I was given an entirely new number. When I called this number I only received a voice recording. So I called the store back to speak with Human Resources. After ringing for a moment, a recording came on to say the voice mail was full. I'll never shop at Party City again, and I will encourage others to shop elsewhere as well.

The lady that answered the phone told me to call Jump City and asked if I wanted some phone numbers to other inflatable companies. Ok. Guess you don't want or need my business. It wasn't until 20-30minutes after start time did some one make an announcement that I was outside of the dining hall. 1 by 1 people trickled out and I did them all just fine. It wasn't until the last 30min more people came out requesting it and by that point it was almost time to go (I told you this there). At the very end you asked me to draw 2 separate Caricatures for you quickly and I told to not quickly so that the quality wouldn't be compromised at that point. With your Aunt coming out of the reception area at the last 10min I told her I didn't have enough time because I was working on the 2 sets of pictures, one with your son in it(nice lady). Through the bank I was able to get the full refund that I was promised from the very beginning after talking to five representatives from the company including Pat and Sue over and over again. I was very relieved to have it arrive today and it was exactly as pictured / expected. I was able to track the package through UPS. I ordered on the 21st and it arrived on the 25th (I live in Massachusetts). I don't know if my experience is more typical and others don't bother writing reviews, but since there are just negative ones thought I would put one out there since I had no trouble with my purchase.
