Went to the store on Thursday stating I really need the balloons no later than 5:30pm was assured that they would be delivered by 5pm. Saturday I get a call at 4:27pm asking how I wanted the balloons filled confirmed helium. 5:04pm I get a call they forgot to charge me an inflation fee and cant deliver until I pay. I am at the event location across town. I agreed to go to the store Sunday morning to pay the extra fee and told them they dont have to fill all the balloons About 25-30 small balloons from a 70 balloon garland pack. Ballons arrived at 5:44pm. At 7:24pm I get another call the rest of the ballons arrived and the driver was across the street. They use Uber delivery and they had to multiple drivers. I should have canceled my order when the person writing the order up had to keep asking questions to the manager and the manager never came over to help. Also when we came in that thursday the sales person was talking to the manager and again the manager never came over to talk to us.
