As for your store policy, to seem pretty unreasonable since wigs are something you wear, even if you helped your customers try on your products there is some level of customer touching to the product but that was not even offered to me. The lady who was helping me was very helpful! She called for help to ask question - aren't they all now equipped with phones so they can do that? She even pointed me the direction where one item I needed was located. Negative: it's a small store, don't expect they carry tons of merchandise, so they only have a very limited items in stock. Sleeping beauty was very sweet and Jasmine was super fun. They also had a party director with them who facilitated the whole thing. She was absolutely fantastic. She knew exactly what she was doing and kept the party running smoothly, transitioning from one activity to another with the kids. I booked everything through Jason and he was so helpful and reliable. I didn't know what I was getting into as I've never booked anything like this before.
