Also after looking at other reviews on multiple sites, it seems that this is not the first time, you have treated a customers rude in the past. As for your store policy, to seem pretty unreasonable since wigs are something you wear, even if you helped your customers try on your products there is some level of customer touching to the product but that was not even offered to me. When i got there she had all of my files ready to be viewed and all we had to do was pick out a font for some lettering(she made the easy as well).
