Stepped inside office to let employee know and she said that tire shine is broke and they should have it fixed in a few days. I asked "what does that do for me now, shouldn't the attendant have mentioned that when I asked". She printed off my receipt and wrote a note on it and sent me to 19th street location to get it done again. So I go through the 19th location only for it to apply shine on two spots on each tire. Now after hour I was running out of time. I threw my hands in the air and called it quits. I used to use them all the time. I don't know what is going on with the maintenance at their locations. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

It's concerning that they have a dedicated claims department--clearly this isn't an isolated issue. After filing a claim, I received no follow-up and had to personally contact the GM, Matt Vining. He offered a weak explanation and refused to take responsibility, calling it "normal wear and tear"--which would supposedly apply to every car that uses their wash. Due to their lack of accountability, I am now in the process of taking this matter to small claims court.

I've emailed them and asked them to cancel my membership. They have ignored my MANY emails. I can't find a phone number for a corporate office, and they refuse to answer at the local location. I've deactivated the debit card that they have on file, but somehow they managed to steal $60 from me, a charge on my debit card for $29.99 was approved on July 14, 2023, and another charge of $29.99 was approved on July 16th. I've disputed both of these charges and I got my money back. But they STILL keep trying to charge my debit card. I've transferred all of the money that was in this account to another account to completely prevent them from accidentally getting more money from me like they did in July. They are thieves and they truly can't be trusted!!!! They are trying constantly, multiple times a day to steal money from me. I will NEVER use this carwash again!!!!
