Not only was my call answered around 8 PM but a dumpsters was scheduled for delivery the very next day!!!! If you call and get voicemail because they're busy, they text you (if you've already made initial contact - can't vouch for other scenarios) to let you know why they didn't answer while asking that you text back regarding your needs. The service was VERY IMPRESSIVE and appreciated. Did I mention value???? Based on my research, they're the best bang for your buck. They communicated the time of drop off, and the driver was very helpful in putting the dumpster exactly where I needed it and demonstrating how to open and close the doors.
