We needed 3 of those thick San Marcos blankets washed. Doing it in our own washing machine does not do a great job like the machines at Splash Laundromat. I inquired about dropping off the blankets and having the staff wash them in their washing machines and dryers. They used Foca detergent and Downey softner. When we got the thick blankets back they smelled so nice and clean! I was charged $40 but it was well worth it. When I got them home I placed some Downey Freshener beads in ziplocks, made some small holes and placed the blankets in vacuum storage bags and stored them away. No complaints. The lady working here keeps this place very clean. Not too busy so it was fast to get my 4 loads done fast.

The store clearly states online and at the door that the last wash is at 8:30 don't show up at 8:30 because they will tell you that you're too late even though they close at 10:00 supposedly you have to have it in by 8:00 customer service rude all around it should clearly State 8:00 not 8:30 steer clear I don't recommend their service to anyone read more

This is the very first time i've been to a laundromat.... I usually do it at home but our washer is broken so I came here. It may not be the cleanest, which is expected, but the service is amazing. I had a few clarification questions and Cris, the employee at the window, was so welcoming and nice. I went up three times and not once did he seem bothered by my silly questions. He was very happy to help and I appreciated it so much. If I ever need laundromat services again i'll definitely be coming here and i'll recommend to family and friends in the area. I have been to this laundry mat about 5 times now, and even after being ripped off on my second visit, I returned. This of course was a mistake, because I was ripped off once again on my last, and 5th trip. I have washed clothes at other places around Vegas for several years, without issues. However, now I have had a $100 nike sweater, and 3 Lacoste towels stollen. Probably the most expensive items I had. All at this place I may add. Once may have been a fluke, but twice in the handful of times I have been there is unacceptable. Even after going in to report the incidence, I am not even certain the lady who works there isn't in on a conspiracy. She just wanted to place the blame elsewhere, or pretend it didn't happen. One employee will make it bad for the business as well as the other employees. I do nostly fluff and fold. My clothes are always washed well except when she is scheduled. She has bleached 1 set of sheets as well as clothing. It took me a couple of weeks to write a review. I know everyone needs a job, however when you continuosly mess up clothes, I feel you mean to do it. Dont want to pull the racist card, but she seems to do me wrong. The other employee states the reason she does not answer the business phone is because she does not speak good english!!
