Please avoid coming here at all costs, it will save you a major headache. This establishment has very poor communication. We requested a jacket alteration four separate times, and each time it was still not done correctly. When we finally asked them to simply do what we originally requested, they told us they couldn't. We also had to constantly call them for updates because despite being told we would receive calls, they never followed up unless we reached out first. When we asked for a refund, my husband called ahead and was told by an employee to come in and it would be taken care of. However, when we arrived, we were told that employees can't issue refunds and that we would have to wait for a manager. It's extremely disorganized and inconsistent. We now have to return on Monday to receive a refund, and were told the manager would call us, but at this point, we don't have confidence that will happen. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews, I strongly urge you to not use this service. They ruined my granddaughter's prom dress. When we picked up the dress, half of the rhinestones were missing. We couldn't tell through the plastic they had on it and in retrospect, they turned the dress away and hung it away from us as well, indicating that they not only knew but hid it rather than own up and apologize. Initial service was great and quick and the place was clean. I brought 5 of my brothers items, and 2 dresses to get repaired because the zipper was not damaged. The lady at the office, (I hate to use descriptions but I did not get a name) white, blonde hair, colored eyes told me it was going to be $35 per dress alteration. I thought it was pricey and agreed nonetheless because they were dresses I needed. My brother went to go pick up the dresses, they charged $10 more than what they said!!! It came out to $45 a dress, that's $90 for zipper alterations on 2 dresses!!!! Do not go here for anything other than dry cleaning. Trista and Danielle need help/training on their customer service. I walked in right before closing 6:57pm on 7/8/25, to drop off one Jersey I was not greeted with a Hi or a Welcome I was just greeted by Trista with a "we close in 2 mins." with an attitude. Trista proceeded to ask me for my phone number. I was like OK and gave it to her, I informed Trista that this was my first time there and she literally rolled her eyes at me....WOW I started to feel really uncomfortable. I then asked Trista if she knew if my Jersey should be dry cleaned or just washed due to the decals and as Danielle was counting the cash drawer she said whatever you want it to be...but you have to sign a waiver because it can get damaged and we're not responsible for it. I was like OK thank you and I decided not to leave my Jersey and while I was walking out I said thank you but while I said thank you and looked back at I saw Danielle shaked her head in a rude way. It was a head shake like I'm over you and get out.....I asked Danielle did you just shake your head at me because I aksed a question, she responded with YES, and you answered your own question. I'm thinking to myself is this for reals. These two employees have a major attitude. Trista was standing by the exit door and while I was walking out the door Trista said "why are you being aggressive" I giggled because I was in no way being rude to them they were being rude with me. Fantastic service! Inside of the store is very clean and organized. The service was quick as well as I dropped off 5 items on a Friday and they were ready to be picked up on Monday. I have used this cleaners for the past 14 years. It has changed owners multiple times. They even caught one of their own Supervisors stealing money . Now to me the recent new owners are ripping us off. It use to cost $20+ to cleaners a regular queen comforter. Thrn it was $30+. They do not want you to pay until you return. Been coming here for years noticed that they have gone through several changes in employees over the years. No problem, close to my home prices we some what reasonable. My last visit left me in awe. My bill totalled almost $40. 1 dress 2 blouses, 2 jumpsuites. I had a huge event the following morning. One of the jumpsuits I intended to wear was brand new just took the tags off prior to taking to the cleaners to be pressed. When I opened the bag to put on the jumpsuit it still had the pins in it marked for cleaning and was more wrinkled then when I brought it. I was informed they were checking the warehouse for the pants. It is now May 15, 2022. I have spoken with staff, and the manager. A claim for said pants was submitted but they were still checking for the pants. The "claim" was supposed to be a check for lost pants and was to be given to me on a "Friday". It was almost be 2 months for me to be reimbursed. Corporate will be notified, manager needs more training and a possible lawsuit. Price quote on phone and in store drop off was $3.95 per coat. When we picked up the two coats we were charged $14.00. I reminded the girl she quoted $3.95 per coat. We paid $7.00 per coat for dry cleaning. The price is not excessive, however, we were charged more than we were quoted and for no reason. Coats were not dirty and not stained just needed cleaning after being in the closet all summer long. This is just a warning to other customers that you need to get price quotes in writing.... other dry cleaners always gave me written quote on my claim check.... be very careful at this place they charge extra for no reason. read more

I would give this place no stars if I could. I'm new to LV and needed a place to dry clean my clothes. The first time I went there the chick at the counter gave me an attitude because I didn't know the routine like how I had to count my clothes before giving them to her. She didn't even count the items I was dropping off. I requested my button up shirts to be pressed and all my bottoms to be center creased. Before I left I asked for an estimate of my items I dropped out she said just do the math x number times x price...that was straight up rude! I came back the next day to pick up my items and none of my my bottoms were center creased. So I had them redo the bottoms and the same chick along with her buddy just talked shit thinking I didn't hear anything. I told them both if they had something to say then come tell me to my face instance of hiding behind the counters. My husband went to pick up the clothes the following day and drop of 32 Harley Davidson shirt some bottoms ups and some t-shirts, they lost 2 of his button up shirts... I was pissed mind you Harley Davidson tshirts and button shirts aren't cheap they range around 60-140ish. We called the corporate office to make a complaint and she just gave us a 20 dollar credit...seriously!!! My Harley Davidson shirts were one of a kind and rare picks, 20 dollar credit doesn't mean shit. The management ghosted us for 2 weeks before giving us a 20 dollar credit. Customer service sucks and the two younger girls that work they hate their job you can tell. If you don't want to work they're other people that be happy to do your job. Never ever going here again. I am not sure if they have new management but the employees they have now are rude, careless, and don't even bother to greet you. I noticed a strong smell of weed when I walked in labor day weekend. Every time I brought clothing here they always came back with an issue, but nothing takes the cake of them losing my limited edition $159 Bebe blazer I went to them about it when I noticed it never returned and tried to place a claim no manager ever contacted me nor anyone from their district department contacted me even after I made several attempts to try and have someone rectify the situation and at least call me. Terrible customer service! My son dropped off a brand new shirt to be pressed only(heavy starch) and a pants suit. I arrive to pick it up and the shirt was dry cleaned, but not starched. So like any paying customer, I inquired about the shirt and Amanda tells me that she can send it back and have it done over, but thats if. I still have to pay. I explained that would further inconvenience me. I canniron it at home. Amanda proceeds to get upset and tells me she is backed up and has had a busy day so that is all she can do. The company itself is good, however, this store needs a leadership renovation. I've been going here for almost two years. I clean everything from uniforms to casual clothes to my curtains. I give them 3 stars because of their manager Grace. She's probably the rudest individual I have ever met. The policy is, "In by 9 out by 6." There have been several times where I have arrived at 9:02 and she says I have to pick my dry cleaning up the following day. Today is a classic example, I arrived at 9:01 with five pieces of dry cleaning and she tells me to pick it up tomorrow after 6:00 pm. Mind you, there was not one other customer in the store. Each time this has happened we haven't been talking about rolling in with armfuls of items or bags of clothes, it's typically 2 or 3 items at maximum. This is clearly an inconvenience to her customer service expertise. Let me also add the rude sighs and stares she gives you on a daily basis as you walk in to her store. Now, I'm not sure if it's just me or if she's just an unfriendly morning person, however, I've even gone to the extreme of going to a farther Thrift-D-Lux on Ann Road to avoid her mannerless service. I would not leave this review without adding that rest of the shop staff are not at all corresponding to their manager or her behavior, and they are friendly as well as accommodating to customer needs. If I can make any suggestion, use the Thrift-D-Lux company, just go to the Ann Road and Decatur location where their manager Eric is a lot more professional and will go out of his way to help you. read more

We had service here. It was affordable and have no complaints towards the staff. My comforter came back having a weird smell. Sorry, I don't know how to describe it. I had to drape it over the stairway to air it out because I didn't want to sleep with it. I prefer a different kind of "clean" smell called fresh. A different kind of "fresh" fresh.
