The washer in our RV has stopped working, and we needed to wash our comforter anyway. We went to sunrise laundromat, simply because of the ratings. First thing I will say, is if you are ever there when a tall black man by the name of Jonathan is there doing his laundry, be sure to say hi! He was hit by a car one year old and his fought his way to health and making it to 40 years old. He was so helpful! The laundromat should make him a special helper. He certainly helped us to understand how the machines worked, since they no longer take change. The young lady, who was there with her little white Chihuahua behind the window, was also super helpful. She's worked there for about a year and her little dog has cancer. When I asked if I could see the dog, she went and picked her up and her little Chihuahua just snuggled into her. It was so sweet to see. I'm so grateful the management allows her to bring her little dog. She was great at giving Assistance as well. We were there about 430 on a Friday evening, so it was busy. Really busy! The area is not spacious, as it is filled to the brim with machines. They have a lot of laundry basket carts, which I really appreciated. You have the choice between a 30 pound washing machine for $5.50 or a 60 pound washing machine for $8.50. That is a per load price. We ended up doing three machines of $5.50, and one 8 $ and 50 Cent machine for the comforter. If you would like to rinse out the machine before you start putting your clothes inside, for $.25 you can rinse the machine for one minute. I really liked that as I am quite allergic to laundry, soaps and most laundry products in general. Then you push the button that says you're ready to start washing and you go to another menu where you can pick the type of wash you want I believe the ultra wash was the $5.75 option. You can also add additional minutes if your laundry is especially dirty. And all of these things will increase the amount you pay. I opted to download the app "LaundryCat". I didn't think we would need so much washing, so I just put $20 in. Then later another $10 and after that final $10. I was able to use my Apple Pay to put funds into this app. So no grabbing out credit cards! All you need is your phone. When you have picked all your options, you tell the app to pay, and you hold your phone to the black payment area that is separate from the main screen. It can take a few minutes for it to show that you have paid. My husband came up behind me and said oh you need to pay and I showed him. "No, it says that I've already paid it." But the machine wasn't showing the "start" button. Several minutes later they pay part of the machine finally talked to the start button and the machine started running and it will tell you how many minutes it will take. In our case, it was 26 minutes per load. read more

The staff is nice unfortunately the machines are so dirty inside. There's sticky black stuff and gum stuck inside all the dryers . The washers are full of hair etc . Homeless people got a card so they can get in and stay inside and be creepy to anyone who comes in. I kept trying to give it a try but the machines are getting grosser with each visit . We needed to clean a heavy king size quilt and our regular washer/dryer at home was not going to do the job. Looked at some reviews and decided to come to Sunrise- as I am familiar with the area. We went on a Saturday and there was waves of people who would come in and out but not overly crowded. We had to exchange our cash for coins and the attendant was very friendly. I would recommend bringing/buying powdered soap as the machines seem to get more suds with it. The washing machines were the flat price, whereas the dryers took coins for how long you wanted to dry, more coins= more dry time. Some of the bigger washers and dryers look a old school but we managed. read more

This place is kept really clean. The employees are really nice and very helpful. The equipment here seem newer compared to the other places Ive seen. It accepts quarters OR if you dont have cash. No worries. You can download their app called Speed Queen and use the app to pay. The app is really convenient because it will let you know what washers and dryers are available. And also how much time is left on your load if you were to leave and come back closer to when it's done. Since I was a new customer and downloaded the app. After I filled out the necessary info, I received a $10 credit to use right away. Was able to use the large washer (60lb loads) and a dryer for free. Can't beat that. Their dryers work perfectly. Dries the clothes really fast. Overall its a good little laundromat. Gets very very busy after 3pm. So go early and avoid the rush. read more

Every time we come here it is always clean. There is always someone cleaning the floors and cleaning the machines and they are so very polite and helpful. I like that it's on a card and so easy to load the card with money and you don't have to mess with quarters. It has small to jumbo washers The prices are great and the attendant was very helpful for my small need; she went above and beyond. It's blazing hot outside and their AC is on full blast. Pleasantly surprised. I don't often go to laundromats but from time to time I'll bring my doggo's linens to do a deep wash. The location isn't too far from my home about 2 miles away on 95 & Jones hidden in the plaza where McDonald's and the Mariana's market at. A little sketch but fine by me. Inside it was pristine I mean a fluff and fold aren't glamours here in Vegas but this was clean and had plenty places to sit! Machines were readily available and functioned to my satisfaction - no complaints. Service: Awesome, a gentleman saw me about to grab my things to come inside and already greeted me with a cart!! (((I mean wow!! Who does that?!)) There was another young lady inside and she was just as friendly offered me change and asked if there was anything else I needed it. My visit was totally 5 star, I really only decided to visit because someone mentioned they have WIFI (which was free and decently fast) but I did not expect this level of service. I love this laundry mat... it's hard for me going to laundry mats bc I am Mexican but unfortunately I don't speak Spanish so usually they are get rude to me! But this place is amazing!! It's always clean! The bathroom looks like it's cleaned every hour! I hardy see trash in the trash cans and I never had a problem with a load!! I'm a otr driver and it's hard to find time to do my laundry. I took my clothes here and used the fluff and fold service. It would have cost me the same to do them myself, and the detergent and softener . I was really impressed. I had 19 lbs for only 28.50. And, they did a amazing job. So far my favorite laundromat ever since my dryer broke and I just haven't gotten it fixed yet. Nice and clean, not crowded at all on a Sunday afternoon. Washers were super clean and dryers got really hot which I like! Most places the dryers just get warm not hot! I was in and out, the guys who work there are super friendly and helpful. I go here a lot to wash towels and clothes. They're cheap, friendly, and have heavy duty washers that get the car detailing grunge out of my towels. Not the cleanest neighborhood in the world, but that doesn't really have a lot to do with the business, it's just the neighborhood in general. read more
