I have had a membership with WhiteWater Express Car Wash for a while now, and it is one of the few memberships I have never considered canceling. The feature that originally won me over was the pre-wash service. Before you even enter the wash, an attendant sprays down the front and back of your vehicle. It sounds simple, but it makes a big difference when you have bugs, dirt, or kid-related messes on your vehicle and do not want to stand outside scrubbing in Louisiana heat. The vacuum stations are excellent. The suction is strong, and each station has two hoses available, which means you are not waiting on the person next to you to finish. WhiteWater also provides complimentary towels, window cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, and air hoses for blowing water and dust out of tight spaces. There are dedicated mat cleaning stations and a hose for rinsing off floor mats before cleaning them. The facility is consistently clean, and I appreciate that I feel safe visiting by myself early in the morning. The staff has always been friendly, and they occasionally give out complimentary air fresheners as a nice bonus. I have tried several competitors throughout Ascension Parish and the Baton Rouge area, but none have offered the same combination of convenience, cleanliness, customer service, and amenities. There are two bug cleaning stations before you enter the car wash. There is one attendant that sprays and scrubs the front and back of your car which I don't see at other car washes. Since it's a small car wash there are limited car spots for vacuuming with one Way in and out of the vacuuming spots. What I do like about this venue is that their restrooms are inside and air conditioned. I was impressed with the vacuums since they were really strong - so be careful! However they only had one type of vacuum nozzles for crevices and they do not have an automated car mat feeder (love those things)! They do have unlimited car washes and I have seen them advertise car wash specials. If I do pass his way again, I would come back since my car came out sparkling clean!
