I have NEVER been disappointed by Benny's. I've used both their carwash and oil changing services and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick. For a pretty decent price, I get everything I need done quickly and thoroughly. It's their JOB to be salespeople, and they do a great job with letting you know about all of their extra services without pressuring you into purchasing any of them. Yesterday while getting my oil changed, they were short-staffed and still did a fantastic job with checking in on me through every step of the process, offering me a bottle of water, and making sure I was kept up to date with everything I needed to know. read more

I was in the car and our car had been placed in neutral per your techs request. Our vehicle was then pushed into the vehicle in front of us. I don't know or care why the vehicle in front of us was at a stand still. What I do know is that if there is an issue in the wash no one's vehicles should move that is on the automated track until the issue has been resolved. We gave your car wash control of our vehicle an now it's damaged. To top it off your representatives have been so rude. No one has apologize to us til this day for the incident. I brought my brand new (2day old) BMW up here to get mud from off the front passenger side (other than that the car was spotless). After paying for the best wash plus the fee for the hand wipe, tire shine, vacuum and windows. My car is dirtier than when I arrived, plus there are scratches on my paint from the machines. I had the worst oil change experience ever at Benny's. I've received an email about their Gonzales location Oil Change first Anniversary with 50% discount. it was not specified. I waited in line for almost three hours in the hot sun beating on me. I finally made it and was told that my total was going to be $100 something. I asked about the 50% off. they said it was $74.99 special for my car and any extra oil was not included so it came out to be around $125 which is more than I normally pay. they told me that the regular oil change was $210. they can charge anything they want to but DO NOT misrepresenting the ad. If knew it was going to be more than I normally pay for an oil change I'd NEVER having to wait for three hours to do that. So I called the next morning requesting to talk to the manager. Of course I didn't get to talk to anyone. They took my number then and said that the manager will return my call. It's been more than two weeks now and I did never heard from anyone. I had a feeling that I will not hear back so I said please take your customers seriously. The lady answered was a little snobbish stating that they do take their customers seriously and I will hear from someone. Friends already warned me about Benny's car wash that's not good but I thought I gave it a try. it was terrible and I wanted to share my bad experience. New Detailers which from my experience is a problem with management he can't keep a good team. Then the service is not good . Trash be fulled and the full service is not acceptable. A Detailer named Connor literally sat in my tesla and took pictures for his social media . Then half did my car. Then a female named Victoria did my car so bad never pulled the seat up and didn't dry off my car .NOBODY dried it off. The only thing I can say they cleaned good is my windows.I than went to every other Bennys and this is literally the worst. Wouldn't recommend to no family member.Then is not diverse enough. My truck was damaged by the equipment within Benny's, talking with manager of the location Jason said his equipment wasn't made to damage vehicles and his equipment doesn't use grease of any kind. Cameras at Benny's are used only when it benefits them only, in my case it didn't show damage prior to entering the wash and they said it doesn't has enough resolution to view small dents, really who do they think we are.....terrible place to bring you vehicle if you depend on honest people. I spoke with the manager Dean in order to make it right and he tries to tell me that my chrome rims won't come clean cause there too dirty. I bought in my 2104 Nissan Pathfinder and got the $39 Interior/Exterior clean. After only 10 minutes the guy in charge of interior cleaning told me he was complete. All looked ok at first, but upon further inspection my cupholders and doors were not even touched. For $39 i basically got a decent vacuum and seats half wiped down. I took my truck here at 8:30 am. Wanted the whole deal....... Wash, wax, detailed inside and out. Told them I didn't need it back till 1:00 pm. And to take their time. Got back at 1:00...... truck had been finished they said. I go to leave and rims were still dirty in spots windshield was all streaked up wax spots had not even been wiped off. It's about time I get a Benny's in my neck of the woods! This place is brand-new and by far the nicest car wash in Ascension Parish. The wash cleans your car perfectly. The vending center is really nice, too, offering a pretty good selection of car care products. Also, I have to comment on the parking spaces at the free vacuum station: the spots are wider, making it easier for you to vacuum your car out with other people parked on both sides of you. Benny's car wash is an abusive company. I been their costumer since 2015 and I was paying for their unlimited wash club membership until they started double charging me every month. The people at the corporate office is very rude and they are always trying to blame you for their mistakes. The fact is that they keep open 2 accounts for one vehicle. I call that double dipping. They never offer to give me my money back and only offer 7 months of car wash credit. They know that they double charged me and they admit it. They been ignoring my lawyer letters or attempts for resolution. The lady at corporate (Lisa Miller) asked me why she needed to talk to a lawyer. Well, apparently is the only way you can get a resolution with this people. Even with a lawyer they haven't paid me back. I just open a dispute and reported fraud with my credit card company. Hopefully they can force this crooked business to give me my money back. Last year they also broke the windshield of my new Mercedes and give me the run around forever. They end up offering to pay a $50 deductible for me to claim my own insurance after their machine broke my windshield. It toke them 2 months to send me a small check. I made an attempt to contact one of the owners (Justin Alford) and the guy ignored me. They claim to be a family business, but sure they don't act like family oriented and more like corporate greedy. I can't wait for wash & roll to open in my subdivision. I am moving with them and dumping this people. read more

Last week we bring our new mercedes benz to get wash. I am an unlimited wash club member, but not for long since I will be cancelling soon. I being using this car wash for almost 2 years. Before I got the mercedes, I had a new chrysler 300C. We keep seeing paint damage to the 2 front sides of the vehicle. We thought it was the car wash, but soon traded in for a Mercedes. Anyway, the car was out in the shop 2 weeks before. The windshield was replaced and a few other things. As soon as we toke it out, my husband run in to the car wash. When he was going through the car wash, One of the sprayers shoot some water in the car. As soon as that happened, the wipers were turn on, but he turn Them off immediately. The car has automatic sensors and it happens all the time. The wipers were turn off and 15 seconds later, the spinning cloth grab one of the wipers, lifted it and toke the ruber part exposing the metal. Then the wiper hit the windshield without the ruber and it cracked my new windshield. We ask to see the video and according to the staff they don't cover of take responsibility if the wiper move in the car wash. I didn't see they wiper moving in their footage and the video never showed the cloth grabbing my wiper. They only had one section in were the camera covers. They couln't show up the wiper moving when the cloth grab it, but still blame us for what happened. We were supposed to meet with one of the district managers( Dean ) at 4:00 pm at the carwash location, but he never showed up. Please don't bother to bring a decent car to this place. They will mess your car and blame you for it. The manager was very unprofessional because he didn't even show up when he agreed to meet with me at 4:00 pm. He offer me all kinds of things over the phone, but then send his "local manager" (William) to handle the dirt work. The local manager didn't say anything or offer what Dean offer, so it seems to me that it was just a promise in the air and that won't fix the fact that they damage my mercedes. read more

I used Plantation Car Wash when I lived in the Denham Springs area and was always very pleased with their service, but have used Benny's Car Wash on Perkins a few times since I moved to St. Francisville last year because it is close to my office. This past Friday after work, I got my car inspected, oil changed, etc., and the $70 car wash. The oil change and inspection was great, no complaints. The staff were very courteous, and did a great job. The car wash I wasn't as pleased with. I got the $70 car wash because I had noticed the last couple of times I went there and got the "included" car wash that there were things not done, like dirt left all over the tire rims, and the windows weren't done really well, etc. I thought I'd get a much better job if I paid more. I was WRONG. I won't bother to pay $70 again. I got the exact same thing as the "included" car wash, even though I paid so much more. I actually had to clean my windows to finish the job when I got home because there was still dirt on them, some sap that I saw the girl wiping on the back window, but she didn't bother to get something to get it off, and streaks inside the windshield that weren't there before I got it washed. I did ask them to clean the tires better before I left, and the guy was very courteous about doing so. I just didn't notice the other until I left. It's worth it for the $14.00 car wash, but I guess I expected more for $70.00 than them spending 15 minutes or so on it which really seemed about the same time they spend for the $14. I'm just disappointed I paid that much for it, and didn't get what I thought I would for $70.00. For that kind of money at Plantation Car Wash I got it detailed and beautiful, and it took about an hour. I will go again for servicing my car, but I won't waste my money paying for "better" there again. read more

I filed a complaint and was promised it would get taken care by Durrell. I still have yet to receive a phone call back and have called several times every day. I was told that it could have been from "rocks on the road ". Are you kidding me?! After having this new car for a week! Makes me blood boil. I was directed to Dean at another location and have left him several messages. He will also not return my phone call. They are lazy, incosiderate, and have no respect for customers.
