On the morning again an early flight and the right way we got notified that the flight was cancelled. We waited 10 Minutes to see if we would get a text that they were on the way but nothing so we called Avanti and cancelled. I then got charged as he was on the way. I called to complain and the guy said the first time they didn't charge us really they made the mistake I asked them to call me and waiting to hear from them.

Repeatedly being told they were 5-10 minutes away, for 45 minutes, was a frustrating way to communicate. Honesty and transparency were completely missing. They are the preferred/facilitated/recommended shuttle partner of the Hyatt Place in Fort Lauderdale, and I recommend avoiding the hotel by extension, who was not helpful in any way as the issue went on.

The car Oncall sent to take my family to the airport was *so* much nicer than I could've imagined given how reasonably they'd priced our last minute request for transportation picking us up in Palm Beach County, taking us through all of Broward and well into Miami-Dade County where Miami International Airport is located. I'm not a car expert myself but I want to say it was a Chevy Suburban - in any case, it had a well detailed exterior; immaculate interior; beverages, snacks, even magazines(!) provided; more than ample room for all of my family & the excessive amount of luggage we tend to bring on any trip we take. A trip to Spain was interrupted by COVID, they handled everything: cancellations, travel insurance and ensured that we were completely refunded. But the best was just last week, when a Caribbean cruise was interrupted by injury. They dealt with the cruise line and, most importantly, found us a place to spend the night as we were sitting in the hospital lobby. Saved the Day is an understatement!!!

Of the 3 limo companies that I worked for, he'll actually be up in the early hours to make sure that the chauffeurs are doing what they're supposed to. The other companies used call-up services or just hoped for the best. In a way, Kevin is a bit of a control freak, but I mean that in a complimentary way. He wants to ensure that things are going smoothly, and if that means waking up at 4 a.m. to ensure that a chauffeur is doing what he's supposed to be doing, then that's what he'll do. He's not the cheapest in town, and if you want the cheapest, or even the average price, it's best not to contact Kevin. He has a VERY specialised clientele, and for the most part, that's the way he wants to keep it. I actually agree with that. He doesn't have the sort of clients that are likely to puke in the vehicles, and all of that kind of thing. His clients tend to be very professional people who treat his vehicles with respect, don't smoke, pay their bills on time, and remain as clients. If and when there are errors, he's exceptionally good at correcting them and doing the right thing. Of course he makes mistakes sometimes, just like the rest of us. Because he's a bit of a one man show, this can result in him sending bills out late and other matters. But rest assured, if you're the sort of client who doesn't mind paying a bit more, but you want something back good and reliable back in return, then Kevin's company is a very good choice.

They arrived today for a long weekend to celebrate one of theirs 40th birthday. I received a prompt phone call from Kevin, the owner, not long after completing an online inquiry on their website. I told him this was a surprise gift and its importance. He went above and beyond. He created a "happy birthday Mr. ____" sign for the driver to hold at the airport - - AND emailed me a copy of it. He sent me an email minutes after their arrival at PBI this morning to let me know they were "in the vehicle and enroute". A few minutes later, my guys called to thank me and tell me about the wonderful service they had received. I trust the return to the airport in a few days will be seamless as well.
