Ok, sure I admit that I worked for this business for almost 4 years, so perhaps I'm a bit biased. However, it's the only one of my former employers that I've ever worked for and given more than 3 stars, so that's saying something.
The owner, Kevin, is a very conscientious bloke who really will try very hard to ensure that the work is done professionally. Of the 3 limo companies that I worked for, he'll actually be up in the early hours to make sure that the chauffeurs are doing what they're supposed to. The other companies used call-up services or just hoped for the best.
In a way, Kevin is a bit of a control freak, but I mean that in a complimentary way. He wants to ensure that things are going smoothly, and if that means waking up at 4 a.m. to ensure that a chauffeur is doing what he's supposed to be doing, then that's what he'll do.
He's not the cheapest in town, and if you want the cheapest, or even the average price, it's best not to contact Kevin. He has a VERY specialised clientele, and for the most part, that's the way he wants to keep it. I actually agree with that. He doesn't have the sort of clients that are likely to puke in the vehicles, and all of that kind of thing. His clients tend to be very professional people who treat his vehicles with respect, don't smoke, pay their bills on time, and remain as clients.
If and when there are errors, he's exceptionally good at correcting them and doing the right thing. Of course he makes mistakes sometimes, just like the rest of us.
Because he's a bit of a one man show, this can result in him sending bills out late and other matters. But rest assured, if you're the sort of client who doesn't mind paying a bit more, but you want something back good and reliable back in return, then Kevin's company is a very good choice. read more
