We signed here for the indoor/outdoor pool with 24/7 access. They changed the rule to close at 11pm shortly after moving in. We found this out last night when this horrible lady came in yelling at us and clapping her hands at 11pm about giving us lease violations and threatening eviction. We had our ESA service animal with us and they charged us $120 for this (illegal) and $120 for pool after hours. Completely unprofessional and she shouldn't be employed any longer. The halls smell like weed every other day, I've witnessed drug deals outside our apartment. A girls car window got smashed in the other day. The police are here every other weekend. The apt provided WiFi is in out all day and hardly works. They say the pool rules are for safety but obviously just to save money on insurance. Terrible place to live.

The third time, I found the perfect property and then was told my income wasn't 3 times the rental amount. I provided proof of income that showed monthly income exceeding 3 times the rental amount. They informed me that my year to date income was used and that didn't prove enough income. I explained I had a medical procedure requiring time away from work but I was recovered and returned to work for several months since then, even providing more evidence of income prior and after the medical procedure. They told me to chose a lower cost rental. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Totally a waste of time and effort! If I could rate a 0, that would be too much!

I was pleasantly surprised by an immediate response from the owner/operator of All Around Handyman, who requested that I select and schedule a date and time on his calendar which I did. Chad arrived ten-minutes early with a big smile on his face. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. As well as a very resourceful handyman. It was refreshing to meet a friendly handyman with a downhome attitude who shares a similar outdoor lifestyle as I. I hadn't laughed so much as a resident of Sioux Falls. Chad was precise as he measured, eyed, marked and hung a 3-piece Glass Wall Sconce Set on wall behind dining room table. Also, hung pictures on walls behind/above living room couch, the fireplace, office desk and bedroom headboard. Placement of these pictures made the apartment more attractive with a homey vibe. Now Chad is my go-to person for apartment services.
