And some companies just supply snow plowing. However, Joe Cutter's Turf and Snow provide all these services and more. I've had Joe service my lawn for over three years. He has aerated, fertilized, supplied weed and grub control, resurfaced, and soil-graded our hilly front lawn by leveling it and reseeding and adding nutrients to it. He is open to customer concerns and will return to make things right, when necessary. We have used Joe Cutter's Turf and Snow for our snowplowing as well, until recently when I decided to plow my own due to the unusually warm winters occurring caused by climate change. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. He only hires dedicated workers who also take pride in treating every lawn as if it were their own. I have two complaints against John Welch. First his plowing services is horrible. They come well after the snow has stopped so that vehicle traffic packs down the snow in the driveways and roads creating icy roads and driveways for days after a snowfall. Secondly One of John Welch's snow plow operators struck my home with his plow in early February. I've been working through my HOA to get them to repair the damage to my vinyl siding the snow plow operator created. It is now mid April 2025 and to date No One from John Welch has personally contacted me about the repairs. The HOA has told me that John Welch will have been on site several times and will make the repairs. To date the extent of the repair is that John Welch has brought a piece of siding to my home two weeks ago threw it on my lawn and has never provided an ETA for the repair to me or the HOA. In my opinion this is no way to conduct a business. All I can say is Buyer Beware! John Welch is not an honest reputable business!

They quoted me about $150 a square foot just for installing the deck. I googled the average price to have trex decking installed and it said 40 - 80 a square foot. Highway robbery. Also they wanted an $800 design fee before that would even come over and look. I guess they really do not need my business. For what she quoted me, I could have built a small home with windows and electric. I cannot speak for their work but they are definitely screwing people.
