You're kind of limited on nicer bowling alleys around this area, so this place ends up being pretty packed usually. It's got a little arcade game section and then about 30 or so lanes I believe. Good selection and quantities of the more commonly used bowling balls. Bit of a frustrating experience last time I went where our lane has some malfunctions - the screen had frozen and the gate in front of the pins would not lift. Notified one of the employees and they said they'd fix it. 10 minutes later, nothing. Went back and talked to a different employee - same deal: said they'd fix it, yet after 10 minutes nothing again. Third time's the charm right? Nope. Third person was no help either. Finally after about 25 minutes and FOUR people later, we were moved to different lane that worked (as long as we were there at least). The nice part was, at least they added that lost time back onto our account since we paid by time and not by game (which you have the option of). I get things happen like this at bowling alleys, but the service at which they attempted to fix the situation was completely unacceptable. Will definitely make me think twice about returning here. So in summary, cool place to go, but walk in with your fingers crossed that you won't have any issues with your lane. Because if you do, you'll be waiting forever to get it sorted out. read more

I don't get the point of making reservations ahead of time.. There is no line system and pretty much it is who ever gets attention first gets served which is beyond stupid. What's the point in waiting in line when people are super entitled and just cuts in line for help? People asking for shoes and checking in - in the middle of us getting served... SERVERS - please come up with a better system. SERVE the people who have been waiting in patiently in line and send the people who cut the line to the back of the line, your system is SO flawed. We came early for our booked reservations but the girl in the front desk kept helping people that kept cutting the line. REAAALLLY? I was getting annoyed. We were paying for our time, came 20 minutes early and waited in line for 30 minutes with constant interruptions and line cutters. Another thing about booking online in advance is to come with everything prepared. What's the point in putting our names down, they didn't even have it ready on the screen. One of the line cutters that cut us was complaining about how their names were not on the screen yet you guys are super choosy about who to help and simply told us oh sorry we had no time meanwhile you're taking her names down to fix her problem in front of us. The first 40 minutes of getting here was beyond frustrating for our party. We booked our lanes and had our names ready for a week. They really need a better system in checking people and sticking to their serving the people who waited in line first. After no more interruptions, we finally got our shoes and went to our lane. Our waitstaff server "vJackson" changed the whole vibe of the party. She was simply amazing. The second we got down, she got our drink orders, opened our tab, she was so attentive and so patient with us after we ran out of patience at the front desk. The server was constantly checking up on us if we needed anything and kept the drinks coming. When there was something wrong like missing the keys to grab another grey goose bottle, she told us right away. She really turned our experience into a great one. The food was alright. Fries were delicious, the cooks overcooked the chicken fingers. The Caesars were delicious and amazing, 6.99 for a glass? GIVE ME TWO. Friends got the platters and it was more than enough food. Bowling experience overall besides the front desk mishap was a solid 5. Let's just not include the whole front desk thing because it still bugs me how unorganized they were. So forgetting the front desk mishap, Vjackson was AMAZING, food was alright, prices were reasonable for the drinks and food and the bowling part was absolutely fun. When our time ended, another different server came up to us and rushed us out of our spot which was very odd. We ordered our paid drinks and being rushed to get out? Not okay. Nice Venue, but misleading price on website Splitsville has two rates on their website, a lower walk-in rate and a higher on-line booking rate. The lower walk-in rate is a misleading sham rate. I walked-in on a Saturday morning to book a lane that afternoon and was told that I cannot get the walk-in rate unless I come last minute. They still booked a lane for me that afternoon, but charged me the higher on-line rate. I wrote an email to their General Manager Jennifer to complain, but she didn't bother responding back. read more

For bowling, it's a great time. Quick, fun games, and the staff is super quick with starting a game and fixing any issues that may arise while playing. Food though is a totally different story. Ordered the chicken wings and fries and although the food was great, took over 20 minutes to get it to us (already almost on game 2 by the time) so if you are only playing 1-2 games, almost might not be worth it to order food. Also, the tables are very dirty, the staff should really do a better job at attending to the facility and making sure it looks great all day. read more

This place is stuck in the 1970s. 3 reasons why i knocked this place from 5 stars to 3 stars. Get ready. 1. Customer service. The staff looked miserable and bored. 2. Decorations and atmosphere. This has got to be one of the most depressing bowling alley i've ever been to. No music playing, the lights are so dimmed, everyone that works there looks like they hate their job. It sucks the life out of you. 3. Operations. The scoreboard was very glitchy and 2 of the lanes i tried. I even heard the group beside me complaining about the scoreboard messing up. Enjoyed our New Year's Eve family night of bowling. Splitsville offered a NYE flat-rate package deal, which included: 2 hours on a lane (max 6 people/lane), shoe rental, large cheese/pepperoni pizza and a $5 arcade card per person (which the kids went through in minutes)! It was a great atmosphere for the kids. They provided NYE hats/tiaras and horns. There were also plenty of bowling ramps for the small kiddies to use. Often other bowling alleys have only one or two ramps, at most. The pizza was surprisingly quite good...much better than any other bowling-venue pizza I have tasted. Just note: we were 1 adult & 3 kids, but if we were a bigger party, we likely would have ordered (at additional cost) a second pizza. Every lane was booked and the kitchen staff were very efficient, as our pizza arrived within 45 minutes of our start-time. Pros: *Clean venue; *Friendly, helpful staff; *Tasty pizza; *Parent-approved videos on large screens (before 9). Videos likely change for later crowd. We will definitely return to Splitsville, both during the year and next New Year's (if the same package deal is offered). The only (minor) issue we had was not finding enough light-weight balls. We tried to locate a 6-lb or 8-lb ball for our little one, and they seemed to be used at other lanes. We eventually found one, but were also sharing with the kids beside us. Super bad experience, though the lanes are clean. There is a female manager with very mean altitude interrupted us and force us to change the line and share the same bowling machine with the other kids when we were playing. The balls we used are in different weight, we were afraid to hurt these kids and we also talked to the manager, but she ignored us by saying something like, everyone must share the bowling machine, you have to change to another line.(After 30 minutes play, and now you tell me I must move ?? With no choice??? Not everyone like to play around more than 7 kids) By the way there are more than 15 lanes were not occupied when this happened. NO RESPECT AT ALL!! read more

This places pretty much sucks d*** LOL. Went with my boyfriend, there's no people at the front letting you know where to go or covid prevention for the place. Bowling was good no issues there other than the fact that we order premium grey goose vodka and received a liquor that tasted like banana .... talked to the manager and she gave us a grey goose shot on the house which still tasted like banana. ( I drink a lot, grey goose, and this tasted nothing like it) she apologized which was kind and all but just not what I was asking for. We then went to the arcade and this is where my review goes downhill. We paid 50$ for the worst experience ever .... half of the games barley worked. You clicked the 2 player option for it to just take your credits and not work, meaning you had to repay and waste more credits for solo. All of the games with shooting weren't busted, I would suggest a maintenance manASAP to this place because we were able to play over half of the games. This place is DISGUSTING. First, they over-charge you big time by charging you by the game. Second, they don't clean this place. It's gross -- popcorn, spilled pop, food, all laying under the seats and around the floor. This wasnt just in our lane either. Third, the shoes REEK. All of them. I went with 4 people and all the shoes smelt like mold, fungus and sweat covered by a weak overlay of shoe deodorant. Even with the shoes on you could sense the odor. Fourth, want to watch a game? Think again. They have projectors in front of the lane that are dimmed (or just so weak) that you can barely identify what you're watching. I'm not exaggerating here, the projectors are illegible. Their service level here is also worth mentioning. We had a child with us so we asked that they come lift the bumpers. It took them 10 minutes to send someone. read more
