When you walk in it's all automated so you just sign up and wait. We got there at 11 am and they close at 12 (Saturday). At 11:30 someone who works there comes out and says they will not be servicing anyone after 11:50. At that point we are #6 in line so probably not happening. They come out again at 11:47 to say no one else is getting in. They were kind of rude in how they talked to everyone in the waiting area. Why we had to wait for 30 minutes to find this out is beyond me. There has to be a better way. They could tell you this when you first register.

There is no check in staff to give any information. Then went back with an appointment, waited again and finally got told there is no doctors order. There is no way to confirm whether they have the order or not until you sit there and wait to be called. Hours of wasted time. They need to bring back the check in staff and also have an extra phlebotomist or built in time to see at least a few drop in patients.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.

I thought this was going to be cheaper because they took my insurance, wrong!!! This is just robbery. So unfair that they can not tell you the cost before you do it. I feel so ripped off.
