She listened - really listened - to every concern. I always felt heard, supported, and in incredibly capable hands. Anytime that I would call or email with a question she was there with an instant response. I also appreciate her ability to think "outside of the box" which when you have hormonal issues, hypothyroidism, and extreme adrenal fatigue that is very important because there isn't one prescription for everyone. Currently, I am doing everything that she has advised for me to do and I am feeling better. Based on her advise, I have started to live a healthier life. I have never experienced such poor, unprofessional behavior. By the way, the appointment was to discuss a $1000 administrative fee he wanted to charge. He also doesn't return calls. It took three calls just to make the appointment. He also completely ignored other calls. This man seriously needs to retire. I gave him a one star rating. That's only because the scale doesn't go into negative numbers.
