I feel completely comfortable with her, and anymore when I go in there, I don't go with an idea - I let her do whatever she would like to my hair - it always looks good! Her salon is very serene, with calming blues on the walls, and she carries all kinds of great products (my husband is a huge fan of the Moroccan Oil). The staff (which is all her family) are very warm and friendly. I often find myself staying long after my appointment is finished, just chatting with her mother or sister! I can't recommend them enough! I have referred many friends and family to her, and they all still continually go to see the Pello's exclusively! Check them out next time you need a cut or color. Not sure if he was having a bad day but, he did not hold polite conversation. Justin did not clean under my toes or clip my cuticles. His first reason was because it's just a "basic pedicure". Enter Nurse Leslie at Bella Via Med Spa. From my first appointment she immediately put me at ease, which is saying something since I'm usually gripping the chair like I'm on a rollercoaster. She doesn't try to upsell me after I mention I'm literally only comfortable with the bare minimum. No pressure to get a whole menu of treatments I don't want, and actually listens. She wipes me down with alcohol swabs to satisfy my inner germaphobe before administering my favorite poison (Botox, not actual poison, though let's be real, it kind of is). She's precise without being in a rush, presses on the injection sites to reduce any instant sting, and hasn't hit a nerve (figuratively or literally) once. Best of all? A couple weeks later, my forehead is smoother than a baby's bottom, without that frozen "NPC in a video game" look.
