She took her time to discuss my hair goals, needs and expectations. The parking lot is rather small and they still make you call in to announce your arrival to see if they can allow you in. Even though they gloat over this state of the art air purifier that supposedly clear airborne viruses and other unsavory things ‍ They are definitely overpriced on many of their services.

I found this place because I saw a review that said someone travelled 4 hours to go here because Alicia did such a great job. I called & they said they had a hypo-allergenic hair color for me. I made the appointment & showed up on time with my mask etc. Alicia seemed super nice and the hair color did not burn my head. I liked the color and it turned out great except the roots were lighter than rest of my hair. My hair was super long and was giving me a head ache. I asked if she was really good with long,, thick & wavy hair. She said yes and I allowed her to cut it. It sadly was very chopped in the back. I was very sad. I did go back a 2nd time for root touch up though because I needed it & MI was just opening. When I asked her to blow dry the back with a little flip, she said something like "Nope not doing that!" I just said nothing and left. But that first visit, I should've known that something was wrong when she didn't want me to see the back of my hair until she curled it . She offered to curl it for free. I'm pretty sure it's because she was trying to hide the 2- layers that were cut without any blending. I finally went back to my regular salon & they had to cut more in order to fix it. So you can decide if you want to go here or not?

The color was completely off from what I requested and I had to get it corrected. I then followed up to get the highlights touched up 6 weeks later, and she messed up my color again. Also, my second appointment, the stylist was late getting me back and there was no apology for my time wasted. The shampoo experience was also very rough and painful. When I had my first appointment, I did full highlights, which cost around $80.00. The 2nd appointment, we only did a partial, but for whatever reason, it cost more for the partial highlight than the full.

I purchased a $75 gift card for my mom for Mother's Day from this company. I live out of state so I…read morehad to look up salons in the northwest Ohio area. Her experience began with the stylist dying her hair the wrong color. My mom said it was very red and they had to redo the color because it was not what she asked for. My mom said the stylist was "trying" to take care of multiple clients while she was there -which most likely attributed to the hair color error. To make the experience worse they allowed my mom to walk out of the salon with dye all over her face (see pics below). She asked if it could be cleaned off they told her she could "take care of that at home". My dad called me and said my mom came home in tears because of how rude they were to her. I called to talk to the manager and they told me she was out for the day... I suggest the managers take a look at how their employees act while they are off site. Thanks CC Bella Salon for ruining that Mother's Day gift.
