Haute Stuff for Cool Chics That's the Spoiled Chics motto and whatever the fashion forecast, it's co-owners Cora and Carina, have it covered. If you rush through the store you'll miss a lot, so take your time! It's full of trendy, classic, and unique handbags, jewelry, and accessories, accessories, accessories. Did I mention the accessories? Put your pocketbook whoas to rest - they've got a little something for everyone. I still remember getting my first Little Hooker there and feeling oh so special (it's a jeweled hanger to keep your handbag off the floor while dining out ;), before it showed up in gift bags at the Oscars. I came out to Spoiled Chic's looking for a unique birthday gift for someone. It'd been a few years since I'd been here last, but I was looking for something unique. I tried a rew places while shopping in Squirrel Hill, but alas came up empty handed. Spoiled Chic's did not disappoint however. I bought my friend some nice Ombre scarves from Two's Co. One was a nice solid, the other a bold chevron pattern knit scarf. I saw a few items I would have enjoyed for myself too, but so much to buy, so little money. One thing that I like is Spoiled Chics has a lot of merchandise that's made in the USA and is NOT sweat-shop sourced. They also buy a lot of items from female enterpreneurs. And in the past they have supported several womens' causes. read more

I love coming here and I always find something whether I planned to purchase or not. I have gotten mostly jewelry, but they also have other accessories like bags and hats and also scarves and some home decor. They do a great job interacting on Facebook and always share their newest arrivals. This is a great place to pick up gifts (or something for yourself and they package things so nicely when you take them home. Everything is wrapped in tissue and placed in a trendy kraft paper bag. read more

I have not been able to shop much these days but when I can, I'm heading to Spoiled Chics in Sewickley. They have really done a fabulous job in bringing both classic style with trendy quality pieces. The owner and her staff are friendly, helpful and just great people. They did a big renovation of the shop and they did it right!! I bought a purse that I fell in love with about a year ago and I still get compliments. Great stuff at great prices!! read more

I have lived in 26 different cities and love to support local small businesses. To say this is my favorite boutique would be an understatement. I am fairly conservative in the way I dress, but the owner of the shop has the ability to get me to step out of my comfort zone with her unique and awesome sense of style and class. Spoiled Chics is one of my favorite boutiques. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful, willing to make suggestions depending on what you're looking for that day. The merchandise selection is broad, including Big Buddha bags, Dogeared jewelry, and small collections of jewelry items that I've not seen elsewhere. My favorites are their scarves. They have a great selection of reasonably priced scarves in a variety of materials and designs, and I always receive comments and questions about the scarves I've purchased there. They don't even desire a star, but I had to put one to write a review.I ordered a blouse March 17th. They charged my card and said it would be 8 weeks. I called 8 weeks later and was told 10 weeks. They said they would follow up and call back. No call back. I called again June 9 and was told the blouse came in and was sold to someone else. There is no excuse for this! read more

Established in 2003.

It started out as a lark, four sisters driving home from a shopping trip in Texas, ooohing and aaahing over their latest treasures. "We were driving down the freeway laughing about how much fun it was shopping together," says sister/partner Cora DeLoia, of Coraopolis, Robinson Township. We wished we had access to these bags back in Pittsburgh and next thing we knew Spoiled Chics was born.

Accessories and home goods co-mingle with clothing, which leads the shopper to examine every corner of the store and not just a specific section. In this way, Bellwether immerses you in its displays, making you examine each one for a special piece. The looks seem to appeal to a clientele that is perhaps not *quite* as youthful as Rosewood, but perhaps not as matured as Soho or Spoiled Chics. I ended up buying a set of jewelry dishes with my initials on them, and the woman in the shop was very friendly. While the clothing is not quite of my style or size range, I do like this shop and I think that Bellwether is a welcome addition to the Village scene.

It's not that we were promised countless times that the jacket would be here next week, only stop by the store and be told find it still hadn't shown up. The real reason you shouldn't buy from the store is the complete and total lack of concern that was shown by the owner. As you can imagine, we were fairly frustrated with the delay yet we were always kind and respectful. My daughter purchased this jacket and she was so looking forward to wearing it. After almost 30 days I finally asked to speak to the owner. He simply told me that his current supplier no longer carried the jacket, and he was ordering it from another supplier - no remorse, no sense of urgency. He assured me it would arrive with 10 days. Almost a month and two conversations later, still nothing. We finally requested our money back. Don't confuse the owner's complete disregard for customer care with the kindness shown by the people behind the counter. I'm sure they felt embarrassed for the way we have been treated - my daughter excitedly going into the store after school, week after week, only for them to tell her they still didn't have it. I don't like writing such a negative review, but I think that the only way the owner will change his ways is if he suffers a lack of business. Perhaps he will then figure out that treating customers well is important, and others won't go through the same thing we did.

This year I especified the day they needed to be delivered in CAPS letters in the comments stating when I wanted them delivered. I said NO EARLIER. This seemed to have worked as they were delivered on her actual birthday. Being that we dont live in town, simple things like getting flowers delivered, can become big things.
