It was either that or I would have to drive from Seattle to deliver the part. Sean's price was reasonable considering the distance that would have to be traveled, and it seemed well worth it to me. Sean picked up the part in the evening and delivered it early morning the next day. My son was soon on his way home. I really appreciated the competence and reliability this service offered!

The USPS website will give you an error when you try to change your address to the one assigned by Sasquatch. Apparently there is one address for Sasquatch customers, and each gets their own "suite" number, but USPS website won't allow a suite number at the address. You have to go to the Post Office in person to make the change. I am an expat and can't do that until I visit the US. So YOU HAVE TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE US. That being said, customer service was pretty responsive to my calls and emails with my multiple questions. They refunded my payment promptly when we found out that I could not forward my mail to them. They very helpfully pointed out that the phone service that was included with the service I chose had to be cancelled separately, or I would have continued to be charged for it. So they won't try to fool you into spending money that you don't need to. Thanks, Sasquatch, and if I don't find another solution before I visit the US, I will try again!

Now I don't have to go to the post office. I hate that place. Getting in and out of the parking lot at the post office is an ordeal! I'm in and out here ! It's a real street address so it's better than a PO Box! I get colored pictures of my mail so I don't have to waste my time going in to check. I even get a discount on my fed ex shipping! I'd been trying to track this for over a month, he told me to come in for a refund but they were only going to give me $8.36 from $14.00 that I paid so that is when I returned to UPS and explained, the lady was taken aback by what I told her and graciously gave me the $14 when USPS should have plus the cost of my notary for all the inconvenience, but no! So, I am pleased with the service at this UPS location thank you for your understanding and help.
