We dealt directly with the owner Renai. She was so kind and communicated with us so well, kept all the timelines that were set and supplied us with the service records for the van. Renai went above and beyond to help us and the price that we paid for the vehicle was nothing less than a miracle. What I learned about Renai during this transaction is that she runs a company with integrity and compassion. She is the perfect example of who I would want transporting myself or my loved one. I called to report, and the owner denied that the driver was erratic. He stated that he keeps a close eye on his taxis and it was for medical transport. Unless it is an ambulance, and there are lights and flashers so the other vehicles on the road can pull over to be safe, there is no reason to drive that way. I would never use this business based on their poor driving quality and the owner unable to apologize and take responsibility for illegal driving from their drivers.
