Sept 2025 they left me a voicemail around 4pm stating they would be arriving the next morning. I was told that if that time doesn't work to leave a voicemail for them the evening before treatment so they receive it before leaving. I returned their call same day, left a voicemail that we would have to wait until the next time they are in our area for our next treatment. I was called by the receptionist the next morning saying they are dropping us as a client with no warning or explanation on how we broke any rules or regulations of the company. Keith was our pest control specialist for ~10 years and always had great interactions. The receptionist wouldn't let me speak with anyone and did not seem to be communicating our conversations accurately or on time, or I can't imagine we would have been dropped.

Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days.
