Cody Minnis rescued me - literally- from the bridge leaving Pasco. I was .4 miles from a gas…read morestation, 6 hours into a 9 hour trip- with my two dogs- and Cody came running! I was in a terrible spot, pulled over on the left hand side but no extra space whatsoever. Cars were zipping by at 60 mph, some not even moving even slightly to give me room. One texting driver and I'd be toast. I called the first listed service- they had an answering service in India. It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I ended up getting referred to Cody from another service. Cody knew I was in a bad spot and literally dropped everything to come bring me gas. He was so awesome! Polite, quick, helpful, courteous, and then didn't overcharge me to boot. Thank you so much, Cody! You are one of the unsung heroes out there on the busy road. Thank you for rescuing me and my dogs. towing for disabled vehicle…read more My truck was disabled last night on a country road. AAA left us high and dry, saying they couldn't find a tow company. I called AK Towing around 1030 last night and he showed up as soon as he could. He also offered to call AAA and arrange the tow through them so I didn't have to pay the hundreds of dollars out of pocket to pay up front for the tow, which really helps financially as things are tight for everyone right now. While driving out to meet him (the ordeal with AAA lasted about 4hrs, so we had returned home), I passed a woman walking on a remote stretch who had hit a deer. I gave her a ride and he stayed after my tow to help her out too. When I left, it was around midnight. It was a late night for a hard worker and a true gentleman. Thank you.

- 35 minutes wait time my -…read more Our car battery died since we waited for the newly opened Kura sushi in Bellevue for too long, so we called our insurance company and they assigned this local company to us to help. The original ETA is 35 minutes, but it is still 35 minutes after 1.5 hours of waiting. What happened is this company doesn't understand how to do ETA correctly. There was one guy working that night only and he was still on the previous job, that's why their ETA is the traveling time from the previous location to ours, without considering how long the previous job would take. After multiple phone calls and wait, we asked the insurance company to assign another local company and we were assigned one that cannot be found on Google, but the guy came after 20 minutes since it was assigned to him and jump started our car in 2 min and we were on our way. Long story short, call nonstop to reach to ur insurance company if they assign this local company to you as their ETA is very very off. I repeat, try to get someone else to help if you can because their ETA is the worst thing in the world. I mean, I'm sure their service is fine as it's not hard to jump start a car.. but u will have to pass that ETA hurdle first, which we did not. While we are between calls, I mentioned to my husband that I'm gonna write a bad review for this place, and he said sure, I give you permission to do so (he RARELY does since he doesn't want to hurt any business in COVID). And he told me the company's name is core values. I'm like " core values? Did they name themselves that because they don't have any?" And then I learned that's what everyone says in Google reviews and we had a good laugh. Thanks for making us laugh after hours of waiting I guess PS. Only reason they have any business is because insurance roadside assistance contracts with them. Originally had a 120 minute eta... which turned into a 787 minute eta. Tried calling, lady picks up puts you on hold and you are sitting there 20 minutes and get hung up on.
