This is where the Greyhounds stop which is why I come here. The Spokane bus station has gorgeous rounded walls and silver trim just like a lot of other stations in Washington state do. It looks like it's from the 1950s and it's absolutely adorable. I don't like that the Border Patrol steaks (I mean stakes, but they probably do that too) this place out and scares people. They should be ashamed of themselves. It looks old and a little dimly-lit on the inside but there's plenty of waiting area which is good. It's lovely for Spokane and works perfectly.

Unbeknownst to her, her son was also securing a ride from friends. Al was courteous on making the early morning pickup arrangements and he was very understanding when my gf had to cancel with him. We just wanted to let people know that Al is a great guy and understanding on the cancellation.

They arrived at 10:45 pm 15 minutes late but the driver assured her and 1 other lady being transferred that their bus was still there and wouldn't leave them. Well it did leave before they got there and then at 12am they were kicked out in the cold (30 degrees) and freezing and left on a bench for 7 hours overnight scared to death ( have you been downtown in Seattle at night?, she had not.) She was scared at the drugs and fights she was seeing. I lost contact with her after an hour and tried calling customer service, what a joke! Marco (a supervisor) told me after no solution was available I should take better care of my sister in the future and not buy a nightime ticket! That's all they had for Christmas week folks. Then after calling back another supervisor "Bill" told me if I was so upset maybe I should drive the 8 hours myself and take care of her myself because they cant do anything about leaving her outside freezing and scared. I'm appalled that he said this happens often and I should just understand their policies about late buses. you would think communication between the drivers of these buses would fix this, but apparently it is common place. NEVER use Greyhound and never call their customer service because they aren't even in the US! Both times I got India and couldn't understand them very well except their insults. they couldn't even tell me what time it was where she was and wouldn't admit they weren't in the country but it was very obvious they weren't. Greyhound should be ashamed not of just kicking her out in the cold, but telling me I should take better care of my sister when I wasnt even there to do so.

Boarded train 7 at 7:40pm in East Glacier Car attendant Rico…read moresays the bathroom outside our room doesn't work. Car 731 smells of human waste. Rico nicely says he has no idea what smells but 'they' gave him air freshener. No other rooms available. Been sick twice. How can this be that Amtrak has had knowledge at lesst since East Glacier. By attendants word, he knew about it before we even boarded. Customet service no.help Reservations no help Amtrak police contacted at 12:20 am thinking I was calling a complaint number. Train is due in Spokane, why hasn't amtrak made arrangements to switch cars in spokane. As of 12:30. No word. No help. No call back. Trip was for 10 year wedding anniversary. Still no contact from this CRAPPY company
