This is worse than Mandalosso and Mandalosso is an awful restaurant. Somehow, still not sure how, Dom Antonio manages to beat out Mandalosso for the worst. My girlfriend and I got a table for 2 and when we sat down, the waiter got our drink order and they brought over the standard fillers for the table (fried chicken legs, wings, fried pork chops, soggy risotto, salad with too much vinegrette dressing, etc). We started on the chicken while waiting for the rodizo of pasta to come around. It never came around. I ended up finishing a lot of the fried chicken and the pork chops and changed plates so it looked like I still had an empty plate. A waiter came over and asked if anything was ok and I said we had been waiting for the pasta to come over for the past 15 minutes. He hurriedly went over to the other waiters to tell them to start bringing the pasta over to us. During this time, we had been passed over by about 10 different waiters. When they finally brought over the pasta, the waiter who was doing the rodizo had no idea what he was serving. He said he was from Portugal and was new and didn't know anything. We said no thanks because the pasta looked terrible. We waited longer and another waiter came over to inquire what the problem was. We informed her that we were still waiting for pasta to come over. We started looking over at other tables and the waiters were bringing over plates of pasta for these other tables. APPARENTLY, they have set rodizo plates and other plates that you have to request. It would have been REALLY REALLY nice if they had informed us of this when we came in. But of course, the waiters here don't give a flying crap about anything so they could care less about informing the PAYING customers about this. When we finally figured out that we had to request dishes, we started asking for certain pastas and a lot of our requests were turned down because they didn't have it. How does an Italian restaurant not serve penne???? We ended up getting spaghetti with basil sauce, Spaghetti with oil and garlic. The spaghetti was completely overcooked and the texture was like mush. So not only is the service dreadful here, but the food is barely edible. I left a freakin rodizo of pasta hungry because I couldn't eat the crap that they were serving here. I am never coming back and will tell all of my friends, family, co-workers and associates about how horrible this restaurant is.
