As for any Halloween parties you might be throwing/ attending this month; this place has the most awesome decorations and a HUGE HUGE HUGE selection of costumes. I was so close to buying a Miss Piggy costume but I have no costume parties to go to this year. Anyway, I would have probably bought more Halloween decorations if some of the things I wanted, like a talking skeleton, weren't 30 dollars. I waffled between 3 and 4 stars but gave the place 4 stars because everyone who worked here was memorably friendly/helpful. Numerous times I was asked if I needed help finding something or anything, and not in the way where you feel like they are hinting that you are shoplifting or something. In the way that you feel like the employees actually care about you finding what you want :)

I've pretty much depleted my decades long accumulation of baseball cards so now I'm into selling off my football cards. I walked into DJ's Comics and Cards to sell six vintage New York Giants cards from the late 1950's and early 1960's. I had done my pricing research, and after correcting for condition and selling to a retailer, I had an idea what to ask for. He offered me $5 less than my assesment, so I countered with his cash offer plus $5 in store credit and that clinched the deal. I ended up using the store credit toward buying a Tom Brady and a Kobe Bryant card for my grandson. DJ's made me a very fair offer and we were both satisfied with the outcome. The store has quite a bit more comics than cards, but I sure enjoyed looking at the shopwcases and rummaging through the commons boxes.

He was a good salesman he pitched me the FYE membership & tried to sell me a toy car to donate for less fortunate children. I already donate toys every year to children for Christmas. Items are displayed by category throughout the store. They are also made into really cool "room" areas. For example, the kitchen area had items like a stove, dishwasher, and all the utensils you could need. The staff were kind and helpful.
