The fish and the chicken was well made and tasted good with the rice and curry. The spice level was on the low side which is good for some of our group. The pad Thai was also very tasty and good. Although this was my mistake, the guy I spoke to on the phone immediately told me that they've had this happen before, but they don't do anything to confirm orders. He was unable to offer even a partial refund or a gift card for the amount ordered. He told me that although this happens, the restaurant sees no onus on themselves to confirm orders placed online by phone, which is a fairly common practice. I worked for seven years in a restaurant and I know that this kind of thing happens. It would never have occurred to us not to find a way to work with a customer the first time it happened or to just let it keep happening. Maybe the food here is great, maybe it's not. But I feel like the shockingly bad customer service I experienced by phone could easily translate to a bad experience in the restaurant. I certainly wouldn't come here if you have any out of the ordinary needs or requests, and will never visit them myself.
