We had been driving around exploring & I found this place while searching the map. Situated in the front of the building in what almost looks like a house is this amazing quaint restaurant. Street parking is available. Clean & modernistic when you walk in. 2 staff members, I'm thinking maybe a husband & wife. Both super friendly with enough English for us to communicate well with them. Lunch specials are offered during certain times & are huge portions with reasonable prices. Food came out hot & everything was so fresh. It tasted amazing & when talking to the gentleman that served us, he stated their chef is Vietnamese so the food is authentic as you can get. They do take some ingredients out as Germans do not tend to like them but the food was the best Vietnamese food we have had in years. Staff were so thankful & so glad to hear that. Prices are reasonable. If we are ever in Germany again we will absolutely go here. I recommend anyone looking for this type of food in the area to try this place out.

Served with the standard accompaniments; lime, sprints, fresh mint, etc. The only major difference from what we get back in the US was the noodles; instead of the thin rice noodles, it comes with thicker flat rice noodles. Unfortunately my noodles were a touch over-cooked, but that could have been a one-off mistake. We will definitely be back...

It's also right by the Schloss-/Johannesstraße U, so it's easy to get to. Found it a little challenging to figuring out the appetizers and entrees (naturally the more expensive items). Ordered the chicken bulgogi since I've been eating way too much meat and pork in Germany. Asked if it could be prepared in the back, but they still cooked it at the table. The waitress seemed unsure of what to do, so another waiter had to jump in. Overall, I enjoyed it. I liked the side dishes (super small portions) and lettuce, but had to ask for the red pepper paste. They have beer and soju. Also, they take credit cards. Saw comments complaining on the cost. Did see the pre-fixe menu and it can be pricey, but if you're looking to sample a lot of food, then it makes sense. I went a la carte, which I think is better.

Taste? Like a foreigner made foreign food with unknown ingredients. Stuttgart living Chinese version of Korean food. Banchan supposed to be free refill but they charge 2.50 euro for some cheap food which would cost like .50 euro. They accept ONLY CASH !!!!!! They told me that they are "No credit card restaurant" Average cost will be between 15 to 20 euros a la carte selection of food including drinks. The cost to quality value are not that good from my point of view.

Our meal began with a lentil horseradish soup. Not everyone enjoyed it, but I thought it was great. The other appetizer was an Allgäu mountain cheese. It had unique flavor and was good. The main course was a beef filet that had been cooked for 48 hours topped with sliced mushrooms over a delicious sauerkraut. This included a roasted dumpling (Knödel) which tasted a bit like flavorful bread or croutons pressed into a form. A little cranberry-sunflower seed sauce on the side gave this a very nice variety and flavor. The dessert was a braised apple Belgium waffle topped with a caramelized almond and chocolate-orange ice cream liquor. It was fantastic! I usually don't eat sugar or gluten, but I did for this. Excellent! My favorite wine of the evening was the 2018 Pinot Noir "Reserve" dry from the Philipp Kuhn Winery. This wine was wonderful and caused no headaches later. We had a great time here and talked for hours. Perfect atmosphere for a large party to enjoy the evening. I highly recommend

Wow! We've lived in Stuttgart since June '21 and can't believe we've not been to this place…read more First, the staff was fantastic and spoke English well. They didn't have a menu in English and felt bad about it, but no worries since we have translate on our phones. Only downside was the menu online wasn't updated with the current menu. They gave us an amus' bouche of a corn soup that had a nice kick of spice at the end. Not enough to overpower. Really deft hand with the chili. As for my appetizer I got the veal calf that was lightly fried and it melted in my mouth. For my main dish I got the duck for two people. The host was a little confused by my order but I assured him I understood and wanted to order it anyways. The first duck dish was cooked to perfection. Four duck breast perfectly rendered and crisp. It came with a bread dumpling called a knodel that was amazing. My second duck dish was two legs of the duck. These were a tad overcooked but still delicious. I was not a fan of what I thought was a pumpkin mash. To finish the meal I got the plum muffin with salted caramel ice cream. This dish stole the show! Overall my mom and I loved the experience and I can't wait to bring my wife for a date night.
