Apparently they looked at my message 3 weeks later and they decided to block me because they knew they make a mistake and didn't want to own up. Actually thinking about it this whole store is trying to rip you off. I buy "mystery packs" from them and they put on "good card" on top and the rest are duplicates or garbage. Maybe donate them to a school or a children's hospital. Do better

I had a strange experience at the Hot Corner. An older guy and 2 younger guys were working and one…read moreof them was pretty responsive to questions about selling cards and buying specific cards. The younger guy asked the older guy about where to find these cards. He told the younger guy, then nothing happened. I stood around for 15 minutes and left when it was clear none of them were interested in my business. They have a ton of very cool autographed bats, balls and other memorabilia that seem to be priced really fairly. This would probably be my first stop if I was looking for a specific players autograph. There aren't a lot of card shops to consider these days, but I will not likely revisit these guys. It seems the bust in card value has hurt the morale as much as the actual business. Coming here felt like a giant waste of time, despite trying to go local instead of online.

My dad always buys work shoes since he works in the restaurant industry, and he sometimes has trouble deciding which shoes are best for him. Estephanie was very patient, took her time, and helped him find the perfect pair for work. What truly stood out was that when she heard us speaking Spanish, she made the effort to explain everything to my dad in Spanish, including the discounts they offer. That made him feel very comfortable and confident with his purchase. Even during her break, she came back to check on us and make sure we were doing well, which really shows her dedication and professionalism. My dad left the store very happy and grateful. It's great to see a place that still values genuine customer service like this. We will definitely be coming back. Everyone else was just... disgustingly rude and unprofessional. I was here for a shoe pickup, so I went to the counter to line up. I didn't know she was talking to me and then she shouted again giving me so much attitude and so I asked me? Then she nodded and rolled her eyes.. like wtf? I told her my name and then the customer kindly told me I had to tell the other guy next to her, which I did and they proceeded to give more attitude. They did not even know what was going on and asked me multiple times my name and what type of order it was.. overall it was a mess. I usually have good experiences at footlockers but this one just really set the bar soooo low. I would really never step foot here and you really shouldn't either. The workers here don't want your business, go to a place that actually respects you.

Went to buy a pair of sneakers for my wife while she stopped at another store, the guy asked if i needed help a few times which was fine and then i found the pair i though she would like. They had the size and i was happy, until i examined the sneaker and realized they were in terrible condition. The bottom of the right sneaker was actually worn and dirty! Not gently but as if they were taken for a walk down by the promenade for an hour and then returned! Both sneakers had stains and smudges on top also, and obviously i didn't buy them. When i politely brought this to the attention of the associate all he could say was "ok sir." Never getting my business...

(And he remembered me, a year later !) I had a tight deadline and he was able to get it done in time for me. His shop offers a wide variety of colors and font for embroidery, and he worked with me to get it to look just the way I wanted. Prices are very reasonable too, $5 per line of text.
