I had a strange experience at the Hot Corner. An older guy and 2 younger guys were working and one…read moreof them was pretty responsive to questions about selling cards and buying specific cards. The younger guy asked the older guy about where to find these cards. He told the younger guy, then nothing happened. I stood around for 15 minutes and left when it was clear none of them were interested in my business. They have a ton of very cool autographed bats, balls and other memorabilia that seem to be priced really fairly. This would probably be my first stop if I was looking for a specific players autograph. There aren't a lot of card shops to consider these days, but I will not likely revisit these guys. It seems the bust in card value has hurt the morale as much as the actual business. Coming here felt like a giant waste of time, despite trying to go local instead of online.

I decided to take a new turn however when finally target team female representative came instead of paying attention to me she started taking care of another customer who came right after I took a new turn on a new line. I expressed my disappointment and called target phone number, feeling that it was too much, I had nothing to do with customers, It was about that there was only one target team representative there as a cashier... Female team member called another team member whose name was Mr Nelson.Mr Nelson instead of looking into my order accused me saying that I pointed at the customer which was "disrespectful", instead of acknowledging that I pointed at the customer showing that this young customer came after me and while I was ahead of him he was served first , I didn't know his name. Instead Mr Nelson, target team member told me that I should wait 2 hours after I placed order online, he didn't look at my order to see that it was already over 2 hours since order was placed online. instead immediately chose to reject me, accusing me in disrespecting somebody else who went ahead of me. I felt extremely disrespected because It was my turn. He ping ponged me to Mr Jeffrey who found out that my order was not ready because items were out of stock and he offered me to buy alternative( 6 bottles in a pack , price of which was more than 12 bottles on my order which cost me more , I bought 2 ) , but I needed, so I bought. Found myself in need of a black suit for a funeral. Stopped in at Kings Row which I've seen…read morenumerous times. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by David, and he proceeded to help me out. Got me set up with a nice black suit, as well as a 2nd blue suit,(2 for 1 sale), a black tie, and suspenders,(yes, I'm that old). David was very helpful, friendly and patient with me. Suits are high quality, and all tailoring was done and ready for pickup in 1 day. Are they a little expensive, yes, but the alternative is shopping at a mall with hundreds more people, not too knowledgable sales staff, and questionable quality and tailoring. Highly recommend Kings Row for all your suit needs.

While a few staff members have been friendly, there's been a recurring pattern of dismissive and somewhat condescending behavior across multiple visits. Questions and concerns often felt brushed off, and explanations of services -- like what a "free tune-up" actually includes -- were vague or incomplete. There were also several instances where the work itself didn't inspire confidence. A computer mount was left spinning despite being told it was secure, and on another visit, a mechanic refused to use carbon paste on a mount, which didn't feel appropriate for the component involved. What's most concerning is that this wasn't a one-off experience -- it's been a pattern over time. When communication and attention to detail are lacking, it starts to impact both safety and trust, especially on longer rides. Update (Jan 2026): I later found out that a tubeless setup I paid for had barely any sealant in the tires, which explains why a flat wouldn't seal. Another shop had to fix it. At this point, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend double-checking any work before leaving.
