He set up a custom website for my employees to place online orders and simplified our ordering processes (saving me and my company time/money). Small orders or Big orders I still get professional services every time. Product Quality - Colors are always correct. Products are always great quality. If I see something somewhere else and tell him about it, he will let me know in advance if he has ever had any product quality issues with that product and if so he will recommend a similar one without the problem(s). Which helps me avoid those things I wouldn't have known about originally, like thin shirts, cheap materials, easily broken, etc. Turn Around Time & Price - I have never received an item late or been surprised by the prices quoted/paid. Turn around times are fast (usually 2 weeks) and if you need rushed items, they work with YOUR schedule. If you give them your goal and your budget they will help you pick out promo/apparel items to maximize your ROI and reach those goals. Fans United is a really great store for licensed and branded team gear. They have a huge Cowboys section at the front of the store. Racks and racks of hats, shirts, hoodies, and other accessories can be found here for all your favorite Texas teams: the Dallas Stars, Mavericks, Rangers, TCU, A&M, Baylor, even the UNT Eagles. But, I didn't see anything discounted. Without flipping over every label, I can't say for sure. But there were neither clearance racks nor sections marked with discounts. So, it's nice stuff. Definitely a place to find branded gear for your favorite team. But don't expect lower prices than Academy or Dicks here.

Just thought I would check. The store was extremely busy but all working staff were kind and eager to help everyone. Melba (the store manager) went above and beyond to have my sons uniforms printed out immediately. I was leaving the country soon, and she helped me in a huge way to go back and have his uniforms printed. She brought them out to me still hot with the logos still needing to dry and cool.
