I purchased a Nike Tejas Seager jersey and it was something my wife got me for our anniversary. Something I was in the fence about since it did cost quite a bit. We noticed the location of where the security tag was it was torn and happened when the tag was taken off the shirt. I didn't notice it until I wanted to use the shirt for a game and noticed it was the location of the tag. Didn't even take it out of the bag until that day of the game. I took it back and they were able to change it out. I didn't think it would happen because most locations for jerseys it is final sale. Good thing Rally House has a good policy for returns. read more

I was on business travel and the temp was dropping by the minute (30 degrees in a matter of hours). Rather than buy another plain sweatshirt or light jacket while on the road, a colleague recommended Rally House. Based on my home city, I could NOT buy a Dallas Cowboys sweatshirt :) but there were plenty of other options at varying prices. I ended up choosing a TCU sweatshirt because of the quality and colors. I want to give a shout out to the Marketing team at Rally's House. I signed up for their 25% off coupon for first time members because I wanted to purchase a high end product. The store clerk said I would receive it in 10 to 15 days. I checked my inbox everyday. I received tons of other promotional emails from them but to no avail my 25% coupon did not arrive. After day 27, I did a search in my email and found the 25% coupon went to my Junk Mail and had expired. I was truly disappointed and hurt. I reached out to the local branch pictured here to report the inconvenience to the store manager. She was willing to allow me to use it past the expiration day, but it had to be used that month. I was three days from the end of the month and my budget wouldn't allow me to purchase the high end product at that time. I eventually reached out to the corporate marketing branch and they took care of me. They made me more than happy. Thank you Rally House Marketing Team and Store Manager for ULTIMATE customer service. I will be shopping here A LOT. read more

I purchased a shirt for a Christmas gift on 12/21/19. On 12/27/19 I returned to the store to exchange for a smaller size. They did not have the size I needed so I returned it with my original debit card receipt. On 1/10/20 I returned to the store after talking to my bank because I hadn't received credit to my debit card.. The bank stated there were no credits processed or pending from Rally House. The store manager didn't know what to do so she made calls to whom I dont know to find out. She stated along with the sales assocIate that Rally House uses a third party to process their refunds. My husband and I waited close to 30 min while she was on the phone. Finally the manager hands me her phone and I spoke with Graham Stone, who stated it's up to your bank to give the refund. He emails me a statement of the refund and says that should be enough for your bank. We walked out quite upset while the store manager just stood and said nothing. She should have taken our information to follow up with us however she didn't. We returned to our bank and the branch manager said when a 3rd party is involved it can take up to 30 days for a refund. Rally House return policy states prompt refund in 2 days. Apparently that is inacccurate. It has now been 3 weeks and we have not received our refund for $48.70. The store manager failed to resolve the issue and apologize. read more

Sure they have stuff for my team, but the customer service in this place is non-existent. I was in there for 15 minutes looking at jerseys way up at the top of the wall. No one even acknowledged that I was in the store. I found a clothing hook to look at what I wanted. No one seemed to care that I was doing everything for myself, so I put the jersey back and walked out of the store. Again, the two girls at the front didn't even notice I was there or leaving empty handed. I intended to spend money, but I will do so elsewhere today. read more
