I would like to send out a huge shout out to Melba and her staff. I dropped into the store before I had received confirmation that my sons athletic workout uniforms were ready. Just thought I would check. The store was extremely busy but all working staff were kind and eager to help everyone. Melba (the store manager) went above and beyond to have my sons uniforms printed out immediately. I was leaving the country soon, and she helped me in a huge way to go back and have his uniforms printed. She brought them out to me still hot with the logos still needing to dry and cool. I can not thank Melba enough and want to say that even in a small store, filled with waiting parents, her staff was ALL very kind and friendly. I have another son coming up in school age so I will be seeing more of the Locker Room, Miss Melba, and her staff for many years to come. read more

My husband brought my son up here to try on a shirt so we'd know which size to order onLine. When he got there a lady employee was walking in the door, she told my husband sorry were closed was there something you need? Yeah to try on a shirt... she said sorry no one is here right now. I've ordered from LRS for 2 different soccer teams I manage. What I like about them is their attention detail with customization. I asked Scott to come up with designs for our uniforms and he was impressive. He designed the perfect logo for our jersey. My orders were delivered on time and labeled correctly. I had to order additional kits because of late registration and they were prompt with those as well (separate orders can be a pain). If you place your order correctly, you get a correct delivery. This is the only place we have to order jerseys from. I've been trying to contact them for a week, when I call they say closed however their website says they are open. When I finally got a hold of someone he said they are too backed up and cannot take my order!!! TERRIBLE customer service!! How can you NOT accept my order. Take my order and put me at the back of the pile. Wish I could go somewhere else. UPDATE: After company declined my order they increased the price of the jersey $5 additional dollars. I've been working with LRS for a number of years now. I find they are professional and accommodating to all of my requests. They take the time to hear what I am asking for and deliver on their promises. I have even had my order hand delivered! Not sure why my name shows I live in California. I have purchased from Locker Room before and I find them to be very professional and interested in my needs. When I go there, I have a good attitude and I get that type of treatment in return. I know of others who have bought from them and they actually drove the order to the customer's house. They have always been nice to me. read more

Since one star is the only option they get one. The worst customer service. I called and kept getting a voice mail two days in a row so I left a message and never got a call back so I went to the store. They had a record of my call but never called back. I checked on my order and was told it would probably be another week but that they would call me. Two weeks pass so I called again. I was told that they tried to email and call me but the call didn't go thru and I never saw an email. They have some kind of brother in law deal with the city and with the schools so I don't have a choice but to deal with them and maybe that's why their customer service is so bad. read more

Locker Room Sports gets a 1 star rating simply because that it the lowest Yelp will allow. They don't deserve that. List of things wrong with this business - by far, without a doubt the worst customer service ever. LONG wait times for your order, no call when orders are ready, lie about calling you when something is finally ready, horrible at keeping track of valid orders, wasting your time for routine inquiries. I have ordered from LRS for multiple seasons now and have has various issues each time. The latest issue is we have been waiting for over 2 months for our order. No call ever received to say it was ready so I drive up there one morning to check on it. Give them my name and they have no record of my order on their computer. They can pull up all of my previous orders but not the last one so I'm told I didn't order anything. BS - I know the date I placed the order and they charged my credit card for the order so it is a valid order. The workers denied I had an order. I had to pull up the receipt I was emailed verifying the order was placed. I then stood around the store and waited for them to rummage around the back to find the order. I suspect there was no order. As it was a simple order, just pants and a sticker, they probably just grabbed some pants out the back and said they found it. I commented to the workers that my frustration wasn't aimed at them but they were horrible at customer service and LRS doesn't deserve anyone's business and left. Next day my son's coach tells me he recd an email from the mngr Laurie T indicating that I was rude to her employees and have done that several times in the past and I was banned from the store and can never go back there. #1 Yes, I have told her employees and one of the owners how horrible their service is on more than one occasion. If you don't like being told your customer service is horrible, don't have horrible customer service. #2 you banned me from your store!? LOL Like I want to give you any more of my money. I wish more customers would tell you how they feel about you. Your horrible customer service is the topic of much conversation around the baseball fields in Lewisville. Multiple parents on multiple teams are talking about it. I wish to never give you another dime. The mngr also advised my coach that they called me on 2/15/17 to pick up my order (it was placed on 12/22/16) but I never rec'd a call or a voice mail from them. If you truly called a customer to pick up an order and they didn't answer, wouldn't a normal business leave you a voice mail? Or call back maybe? They never did. They tell coaches to tell parents not to call checking on orders that they will call you when orders are ready - yeah right. On a previous visit where I had an issue the mngr was working in the back and sending her cashier back and forth to realy messages and responses to me in the front. I asked him to have the mngr come out and talk to me directly instead of sending him back and forth and they didn't. They don't own issues but rather have their cashiers run back and forth for them. One time I had an issue with a pair of pants. I called to ask if they could be exchanged and was told that yes they could be exchanged if I came and dropped them off. I immediately drove their and spoke to the same person that I did over the phone and explained I was there to drop off/exchange the pants we just spoke about over the phone. He explained to me that he would have to call the mngr and see if he could do it. What?! I just spoke to you and you told me to come in and exchange them and now that I drove there you aren't sure and have to check with someone? Complete disregard for customers' time. Previous orders took over 3 months to receive. By the time it was received it was only needed for one more week because the season was over. If your child's team orders from this place implore your coach to go elsewhere. I have and so have others. If you want good embroidery service and great customer service to to the Uniform Store on 407 in Lewisville. I've done business there before and it's the exact opposite of this place - great work, fast, great customer service. read more
