Trustworthiness, customer service, and competitive pricing. What more could I want from a carpet cleaning company? Gabe, the business owner himself, answered the phone when I called for a quote. He was flexible with scheduling and offered a fair price. I like that he didn't try to sell me a bunch of "add ons" that some companies do. We agreed upon an appointment time for a few weeks later. Guess what? He texted me the day before to confirm, then showed up A MINUTE EARLY! I was very impressed by his friendliness and how much care he put into making our house smell like 2 dogs don't live here ;) The final cherry on top was that he left us several pairs of booties so that we could walk around our house while the carpet dries without getting our feet wet. Who thinks of that? Gabe did!! read more

Third time I've hired them. Gabriel is always professional and reliable. Carpets and rugs always come out great!

We called and scheduled steam solutions last minute for our move out. It was required by our management company for moving out of the town home. He arrived early to address any concerns or issues before getting started. He did all 3 bedrooms, the hallways, closets, and the staircase. The carpet looks amazing. All stains are completely gone, the carpet smells great, it's looks better than it did when we moved in and it was cleaned the day prior to us moving in! He is kind, courteous, and very professional. I would highly recommend his work to anyone who needs any carpet cleaning services. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! read more

Called Steam solution to clean 2 love seats and an area rug! Was professional on time friendly. Knowledgeable, about his profession. I use to own Steam Pro Carpet and upholstery, I would never call anyone else. The items were fresh clean and dried in no time. Could not be happier if I had done them myself. Thanks guys and 2 thumbs up! The holidays are near so impress you friends and family to clean your home! read more

I lucked out finding Carpet Solution through Yelp. I'm rented out a Master Bedroom and the residents that lived here before me showed no love for the carpet. I also didn't want to spend too much money on a place that I do not own or may be staying temporary. The carpet was stained, disgusting, and embarrassing that I couldn't take looking at it anymore. I thought for sure the carpet would need replacing but after sending a picture of the carpet to Gabriel he explained that I have found the right person for the job and he worked his miracle. Gabriel was fast and efficient as he fixed me into his schedule the following day. In addition Gabriel is a true professional and takes pride in making sure he leaves every home knowing he just provided the best carpet cleaning service in San Antonio. From the moment you speak to Gabriel on the phone explaining your carpet needs to him finishing the job I highly recommend Gabriel as the go-to-person for any carpet cleaning service. Thanks again Gabriel. read more

Gabriel and Louis went above our expectations. Very professional! Our carpets look great.

Steam Solutions is the one to call for steam cleaning your furniture, area rugs, and carpets with commercial grade equipment. Gabe (owner) was referred to us by a neighbor in 2004 and we've called on him a few times each year since then. I introduced my mom (who's quite particular) to Gabe two years ago and she recommends him highly too. He has cleaned her carpets and power-washed her indoor patio even to her standards! Gabe is friendly, trustworthy, conscientious, fastidious, and thorough. He doesn't leave til you are satisfied with his work. Gabe answers or returns calls/texts promptly and keeps in touch when en route to his appointments. He will also clean the carpet in your vehicles. 5 stars without a doubt. read more

Excellent carpet cleaning. The carpets in our new (to us) home were disgusting. I'm shocked by the difference made by Gabriel and co. and the price was very reasonable. Great communication, very personable, and excellent cleaning. read more

Super happy with this company cleaning all the carpets in my 3 floor house. I have never called a carpet cleaning company before and have always done it myself with normal store products and my own vacuums. This company has been a life changer, they are quick , efficient and they are super professional staff, that will work until they leave everything as new as they can. I am giving a 4 star because it is a bit expensive, but at the end of the day, to be honest you pay what you are getting. read more

I found this company online and hired them to clean carpets of a place I was moving out of. They did an outstanding job. They were on time, thorough and got the job done as quickly as possible. Gabe was responsive and friendly. If that's not enough, I paid cash and Gabe showed his character and integrity as he returned $50 to me that I had accidentally overpaid. The bills I used to pay were new and the extra bill was stuck to another bill. Gabe took the time to come back to the residence and return the money. I give Steam Solutions Carpet Care my highest recommendation for the quality of work and being ethical and honest. read more

I contacted Steam Solutions because I'm getting ready to sell my house and thought I'd give them a shot. Gabe, the owner and operator, was very knowledgeable, available to work with my schedule and made it very affordable. After our family dog left several stubborn stains on the carpet, I thought they would never come out but to my pleasant surprise, they were gone!! I was super impressed with their excellent service and highly recommend Steam Solutions if your looking for professionally clean carpets. read more

Our carpets look like brand new because of Steam Solutions. Our carpets were pretty worn with having a dog and two small children. Very affordable prices and they even threw in an area for free. Very friendly. We will definitely be using them from now on. read more

Gabe setup an appointment right away- he made it really easy. When he was done, the carpets looked even better than they did when we moved in! He went above and beyond and even mopped the tile on his way out the door, to be sure not to leave footprints. I will definitely be calling him for future cleaning jobs! read more

Gabe and Lewis did an amazing job on our carpets! They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

I had just bought a house and needed to have the carpets steam cleaned before the movers came with my household goods. I called steam solutions and the representative said he book me a cleaning even though his partner wouldn't be able to work. He completed a 4 bedroom, 2500 sq ft home BY HIMSELF! Plus, he got the job done before the movers came. He even offered to come and clean up after the movers left as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend this company to any homeowner or apartment dweller. He was polite and professional and I will be calling them from now on if I need my carpets cleaned. read more
